The hotel advertises a breakfast but it was limited.

Our room was very clean upon arrival. The front office was small but well kept. Hallways were kept up and clean. When entering our room the inside bathroom door had a hole which I took picture of immediately along with scratched out writing on it. No drain in the bath. It didn't bother us until one family member would have liked to take a bath but no big issue for rest of us. We always had hot water. It never ran cool which I really liked and can be an issue in other hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very cheerful and happy to help at all times, no complaints there. Smaller yet nice and clean exercise room. Room walls are quite thin as we could hear the people in the adjoining room cough violently a good portion of the evening. Someone above us was stomping late at night which would randomly wake us up. We could easily hear people near us unlocking their doors going in and out and it was very easy to think someone was coming into our room but got use to the sound and realized the walls and doors are just rather thin. Both times my husband and myself went down to the Continental breakfast area, it was a complete mess. Garbage everywhere. Food splatter all over the counters. I'm not entirely blaming the staff as I know they were busy cleaning rooms and such, but the customers should have done a better job cleaning up after themselves and not fully relying on staff. Hotel was in nice area and very easy to access what we wanted to see and do.

Continental breakfast is always great! Check-in was quick and we got a discount at the waterpark across the street. The pillows were a bit lumpy, but the bed was nice. The coffee in the breakfast area wasn't working on the morning we left.

Property was dirty, smelled, paint peeling off ceiling, and leaking toilet with water on the floor. Will not stay again! Breakfast area was dirty and disgusting.

The man who checked us in was far too talkative, even when we were trying to leave and half way out the door. When we entered the room there was a very unpleasant sound that was coming from the fridge (which didn't have a freezer either). We reported the problem and also reported that plugging a microwave and a fridge of any size into a power bar is unsafe and unadvisable. The man was not concerned and even commented that the two adjoining rooms share one circuit and that previous guests burned out the fuse a number of times. The toilet is unusable with the door open and the bathroom room was extremely small and hard to use. The chair provided with the desk was terrible to sit in. Pillows were small. Location was sketchy. We rarely give a bad review like this but can not recommend this motel to anyone.

The room was clean But!! The lobby and hallways were not clean. I think if the cleaning staff would keep the lobby clean and the stairways clean the hotel would get a much higher rating. First impressions are everything. Our room was nice and clean though....

Quiet and clean. Comfy bed No elevator for 3 floors, toilet/shower area was tiny, kept banging my knees trying to close the door. Breakfast area always messy.

Doug the manager was very awesome & helpfull & had great ideas about places to see in the area. Checked me in & out very promptly. Would definitely stay again if in that area.

Rooms were nice and clean. We could hear some door close. Breakfast bar clean and nice. The parking lot was not kept clean. There were no trash cans outside or inside the enter/exit door to put trash in. Therefore trash was laying all around the parking lot.

all areas seem shabby and dated. there are a lot of small things that make it look run down.

The hotel was a little run down. The room itself was clean, but nothing special. There is a continental breakfast, but they don’t offer much. They had old bananas and powdery eggs. They had a waffle machine that was good though.

While the property is showing its age and is in need of a remodel, it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our experiences like Point Park Beach, Canal Park, the Aquarium and many others.
