Clean room nice staff

The customer service when I checked in was bad. My room (419) was on the side of the train station, so really loud, I should have known when I found earplugs on the bed. The carpet outside the room had been removed so every noise was amplified. I did not sleep well that evening and eventually was moved to another room the next day after insisting

Cons: (1) Out of the 4 front desk staff I talked to, ONLY ONE seemed happy to be there. It was surprising how unapproachable 3 of them seemed. One lady was always on the phone and spoke to me as if I was the one inconveniencing HER. The other lady had a sour look on her face the whole time, even when I tried to cheer her up. (2) The bed creaked and was sunken. They need new beds. (3) Parking doesn't work. Ridiculously inconvenient.

The front desk was very courteous, helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again, having a shuttle with the bubbly drivers was very helpful.

Breakfast was well worth it. Parking is steep at 25 dollars a night to self park

The staff was subpar, the only super awesome associate was the even bartender. He was great and went above and beyond. However, the rest of the staff did not live up to expectations.

I love how nice and generous staff was How I stayed two nights and didn’t receive any service to the room , the third day I had to let the front desk know again that we didn’t have no trash tak out no clean towels and wash cloths no beds made after I did inform the front desk the second night and no we didn’t use the privacy sign

N/A I did not like the fact that there was not free complementary breakfast. There was a fee for parking. I did not feel like a valued customer. Housekeeping was not providing fresh towels and rags each night. I had to keep asking the ice machine was broke. I had to keep going to the lobby to get ice. The staff were letting individuals without a room wander around the hotel. Also, the Wi-Fi had to be paid for as well.

The room service was Eric. No experience at all.
