Everything was fine until the morning of checkout. We worked until 1am. Had to eat and shower that put me in bed by 2 am. At 6am dogs started barking to 7am. Around 7am people started yelling across the parking lot to each other until about 7:45. Then housekeeping opened my door at 9 and started asking if anyone was in my room. Which of course I was cuz checkout is 11 and I had my alarm set for 10am. Now I have to drive 6 hours to Denver on a really poor nights sleep.

Good location, recommend staying at the Marriott next door Worst hotel experience I've had in years. Staff was horrendous.

Everything was great I loved everything

The location was great. Everyone was super nice. The pool was freezing. My kids could only last 10 minutes in it. Each morning when we would go to breakfast, they ran out of eggs and potatoes, etc. We would be there around 8:30-9 each morning, and they never had the good stuff. On our last morning the fire alarm went off around 7am. That was terrifying to wake up too, and terrifying for the kids! Luckily everything was ok though.

Breakfast was poor No eggs and limited options for diabetic.

Staff was very good

The location was right near the Animas River walking path. The modular desk in the room was noisy when even slightly bumped and its proximity to the bed made that a problem for my wife that goes to bed early. Also, the TV was on a fixed wall mount that was poorly located for optimal viewing from the far bed.

Breakfast was very limited.

The staff was all excellent. Friendly and helpful! The inside pool was dirty and full of spiders both alive and dead. So much you did not want to get in the pool. The handrail to get into the pool was loose and not supportive. There were not enough towels available so they gave us basically hand towels to use at the pool. The exercise room so unbearably hot. The elevators were sketchy and sounded like they were going to break.

The room was clean The pool was broken. The hot tub was broken but after a few hours the maintenance men got it going. The TV is my room was broken. Spent 2 hours with the maintenance man while he called direct tv amd got it fixed.

The location was great for our needs. Breakfast was good. Hot tup and pool were out of order and a prior guest’s clothes were on the floor in our room.

We went in for a two night stay based on the reviews. When we arrived the lobby was trashed and the restroom facilities were a biohazard. Literal feces and urine all over the floors and toilet seats. We asked for a partial refund but the front desk agent was rude and the facility charged my family even though we didn't stay. My family never even made it past the front desk. Pool and spa were both closed and LaQuinta was the only hotel without any cars even though we arrived late. That should have been an indication of what was in store.

Program the clock that was on the wrong time. Could not figure out how to run the tv

The location and cleanliness. Breakfast…..it was the same thing everyday.

The hotel is in the process fixing broken items. In our room, the sink handle was broken, the shower pipe was pulled out of the wall, the toilet needs a new flush valve, a new flapper valve and a new toilet seat. The bathroom door paint has peeled off. The room was large with a king bed. The room had one chair that worked, one small chair that was broken and no couch or place for baggage. Every thing

The location was good. the rooms were clean. the receptionist was nice and very busy. The phone did not work in the room. We asked to have our room cleaned and it did not get cleaned. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order.
