Super comfy beds. Great staff. Good location, walk or fish the river. Good coffee and breakfast. SKA Brewery is super close, great food and drinks.

Staff were friendly. Our room was clean.
-
Good location, nice spacious rooms, spacious bathroom. Would stay again
-
The room was fairly clean but the property was dirty and not very well maintained.
-
Hot tub needs jets fixed, but was usable. Would feel cleaner if jets were working. Same with pool....not sure filter working properly. Both had plenty of chemicals ,seemingly, to keep all sanitized.

Awesome stay for our family on a road trip

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, parking was easy and they cleaned the room every other day during our five day stay but we’re all was willing to give you new towels or any other thing you needed for the room during your stay.
-
Great location right off the hwy, right by the river, not too far from down town. Loved it. Nothing negative to say about my stay.

Everything Nothing

The drain was clogged. It took forever for shower hot water to heat up
-
Fantastic stay and this will be our main choice for short stays in the future!

Smelled horribly of marijuana. Used an entire can of fabreez in the room and still smelled awful. Hot tub broken. Outdoor sitting area full of leaves, weeds and dirt. No cushions for the outdoor area. Fire pit didn’t work. Pool area tiny with no ventilation. Staffs answer to everything was “ we will talk let a manager know”. Hotel was completely full and not enough parking

The staff was very friendly, greeting you often.

Great location, nice walking path by the river, very nice, clean hotel

The beds were comfortable and area was quiet. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I had an issue was when taking a shower it took a long time to get warm water. Other than that was happy with everything

The room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julia and Joelle. (However, there wasn’t a single staff member that failed to make us feel welcome or wasn’t eager to help.) Our stay was great!

I had to leave for the airport around 4:00AM and was informed the night before during check-in coffee in the lobby wouldn't be available until 6:00AM. However, the young lady at the front desk had made coffee for me and it was hot and delicious. I'm sorry I cannot remember her name but she was great and I really appreciate her. Nothing except the airport is pretty far away but this isn't really something I'd hold against the hotel.

The room smelled horribly of marijuana. I used a full can of Febreze and it wouldn’t help. They offered to switch me rooms, but I had booked three together for a family vacation and they were only willing to move one. Breakfast was not great. The outdoor patio with a fire pit picture was extremely enticing. Too bad there were no cushions on the furniture. What chairs there were there were worn out and the place looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, not what I expected from a Springhill suites stayed in several of them. This was the worst.
