Everything was really nice and close to every area that was planned to go.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was friendly. Our room was nice too. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay there again.

Room Appearance is great as the rooms provide a modern look. The bathroom was nice looking but the sink counter area was too small for a family of 4. Water pressure was amazing. I didn’t like that the bathroom door is frosted glass meaning when the light is on in the bathroom, the room is illuminated. Also, the toilet is located inside the same area as the sink and shower meaning the toilet can’t be used independently from the shower/sink area. The bed was perfect however the pillows were terrible. The TV was mounted far away from the beds which is odd as I feel most people watch it while laying on the bed. Breakfast was pretty good and it was great to see that Green Chile was also available. Pool seems small for the property size.

The next morning, when I went to take a shower, I discovered there was no body soap in the dispenser, so I had to wash with shampoo instead. These are basic things I would expect to be checked before a room is given to a new guest. Overall, the room could have been much cleaner and better maintained. It gave me the impression that the room may not have been used or inspected very often. I also wondered whether booking through a third-party site had anything to do with receiving a less-than-desirable room, although I certainly hope that wasn’t the case. For what we paid—even with the small third-party discount—I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this room did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel.

The room was immaculate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was had many choices including fresh strawberries and real oatmeal.
