Nice room and breakfast.

Stains on the carpet and chair. Marijuana smell in the hall ways

Something different for breakfast everyday, including warm options. The staff was wonderful.

My room was not clean. A beverage had been spilled on the bedside table nearest the window and not wiped up. It was sticky. The ice bucket had standing water in it. The bathroom was clean. It would take so little effort and expense to laminate the TV listing since my pages had been written on by a previous guest. Breakfast was adequate.

The halls are very spacious. The room is clean and basically stocked. Breakfast was basic and the breakfast room is the lobby cramped and short on seating.

The front desk called three hotels but found no rooms and said there was “nothing else they can do.” I asked her to contact the manager, but she refused, saying it was too late to call him, and instead showed me his business card. At 1:45 AM, after more than an hour trying to resolve the situation, we decided to leave. Before leaving, my husband asked to use the restroom. The front desk refused that as well. Our travel agent continued searching for another hotel for about 1.5 hours. By 2:50 AM, there were no rooms available anywhere in Durango. Exhausted and planning to get back on the road before 8 AM, we gave up and ended up sleeping in our car with very little sleep. Overbooking is the hotel’s responsibility, not the guest’s. Cancelling a confirmed, paid reservation without notification and leaving guests stranded after midnight is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Found a cockroach in the bed.

The room was fresh, felt newly updated, clean, comfy, nice bathroom, plenty of parking. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choices, including eggs, meats, potatoes, fresh fruit, and packaged pastries. My wife had oatmeal. We would definitely stay here in the future.

The breakfast was good. There was one hitch. Saturday morning they were short staffed and the woman who was on was doing everything. Then one of the guests who apparently could not read, disabled the pancake machine. It could not be repaired at that time so no one else got pancakes.

The person who checked us in was awesome. This guy was a great person to be the first to welcome us to Super 8. We would definitely stay ay Super 8 again.

Carpet needs cleaning// more maid service

Room had a damp dank smell to it. Flooring in the room & hallway need to be replaced. Shower insert and toilet need replacement. Beds were clean & comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Good service, great location, room and housekeeping very friendly.

Someone needs to instruct housekeeping that the tub in room 101 had rings around it. Fortunately I only needed a shower but I would not take a bath. The arrangement of the room was bizare. It should be changed so that the bed was on the larger wall. As it turned out the A/C blew right on the bed. Sorry that there was no milk for my cereal.

When I went to make coffee in the morning the coffee maker area where you add the water was filthy.
