Good overall and breakfast was great. Real eggs

Back parking was not lite. Was first assigned a room that was not clean, but the front staff was able to get us a room even though the hotel was full.
-
Staff helpful, property a little bit worn but expected for the price (maybe?). Anyways everything was okay for a two night stay. Very close to the city, good location.

It was quiet. Dingy and old. Needed updating. Holes in the drapes.
-
Good location It’s dog friendly but the room has carpet instead of laminate. Unusual for a dog room. That turned me off

I was very impressed with the breakfast. Didn't expect it to be so good.

The Continental breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel.
-
Good hotel for the money. Not far from the old town, which had lots going for it. Plenty of parking. Small breakfast room, which was also where you checked in/out.

Great Stay! Super Clean, super friendly. Best Continental Breakfast around.

Good breakfast, convenient location, comfortable room Staff could be friendlier.

This is an older but well maintained property. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good (thanks Chef Matt). The only negative is that the air conditioner in the room was very loud. Other than that, we had a good stay,

We checked into room 218 second floor, where front desk told us later, pets were not allowed on. After shower got into bed watching TV when I Randy felt something crawling on my shoulder, takes to catch it, to fast for me. Later my wife was bitten but a bug which she caught, taking it to the front desk. They moved us into room 212, around 10:30 that night my wife had a allergic reaction to the bug bit, which I then called front desk where they gave my Common Health Medical facility to take her to. One hour in emergency room, given an antihistamine for itching, travel back to hotel for bed. I was bitten many times through out the night and next night from something that was in my bed. Went to front desk asking for some kind of compensation, one night off was offered, nothing else. Tried getting a bill from the hospital to see what we needed to pay before leave Durango Colorado, nothing yet. This was a pet friendly hotel. The bugs in our beds!

Had a very good stay here. Staff very friendly at check in and all the other times we spoke to them. Comfortable beds and shower really good. Slept well. Cant comment on breakfast as I'm a coeliac and always bring my own for cross contamination purposes. Staff very helpful when we needed extra bedding or towels. It's a good spot for downtown Durango and steam train. Gluten-free Grassburger across the road very handy. A very good stay overall.
