The breakfast was very good Cars in the handicap parking spaces that aren't handicap cars.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast could have offered a bit more variety. We got to breakfast a little after 9am and a lot of the food options were nearly empty as well. We also could have used more towels and another roll of toilet paper.

We booked two rooms, and in addition to the friendly and helpful staff, and the clean rooms with lots of natural light, and views of the forest trees, I loved that there was plenty of parking and that we could walk to Aldi, a restaurant and coffee shop as well as being a short drive to the Southpoint Mall area. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

In my opinion, the breakfast wasn't that great. Room was okay, but pipes made loud noise when taking shower.

Our room was very clean and fresh upon entering. We were unable to hear the surrounding rooms around us, which was fantastic for sleeping. The pool was very nice and clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked and delicious.

Whilemy stay was pleasant. I booked my reservation through a third-party on the day of my arrival. I was told that the hotel was prepaid already. I made the reservation to pay at the property. I was not expecting that my card would be charged. I was planning on making the full payment through another payment method.
