The breakfast was subpar

Loved being here. The night before we spent at the University Inn in Durham. What a dump! Noisy, brightly lit, foam bed and huge pillows that were unusable. On and no breakfast and about $30 a night more expensive. The only thing going for it was a shuttle to Duke. Far better to stay here, drive to Duke and park in a university garage

Nice and clean room , breakfast not bad

Excellent Staff. Wish it was cleaner. Coffee filter cups didn't fit the coffee maker. And it took me forever to figure out the TV, it kept going off.

Great place honestly, the staff was super helpful, he room was clean and did not smell like mold.we were worried about the previous reviews but it was great.

I really wish the pool had stayed open until 10 pm, though. 8 pm feels way too early. Also, the gym did not have very much equipment.

It was a good place to stay with my dog. Also excellent location to visit both Duke University and UNC.

The pillows were very small and uncomfortable

Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. Check-in was great. Unfortunately, the grounds had litter strewn all over. Inside, the bathroom was not very clean.

Cleaning staff did a great jobs on the rooms every day! Breakfast was okay for the most part, but lines waiting to make waffles (could use more waffles machines). Staff member on original check in seemed a bit indifferent, but all other staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was further away from places than we thought...certainly not walkable.

Very clean facilities and front desk staff very helpful. Parking lot very well lighted and felt safe.

The parking was easy; room was clean and comfortable - especially the pillows! The front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was okay. Wished for better oatmeal and toppings. The sausage was good. Service was attentive, refilling coffee and orange juice machines.

Sink was clogged and there were tools left in the bathroom. Not the best experience.

It was a good experience not excellent.

Room itself was clean. The only dirty part of the room was the bathroom. A little bit of trash was on the floor but it was all the way under the counter. The back of the doors in the bathroom had a bunch of hair on it. It looked like room service wiped the counter and sink and used the same rag on the back of the doors. Staff was great! My remote for the tv had dead batteries and the guy at the front desk changed them for me and it worked after. Breakfast was not great. The biscuits and gravy ran out and they put new biscuits out and filled the gravy. The biscuits and gravy were ice cold.
