I liked the kitchen.

Overall. My husband and I had a great experience. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything.

Dirty bathroom. The tub didn’t drain properly so when I finished my shower I was calf deep in dirty water.

Everything was great

Beds were good, shower good, and everything worked to be comfortable. Downsides are loud AC, walls are thin, and furniture a little outdated. If you’re looking for adequate it is, but not luxury. But I don’t think they advertise as luxury so all good. I probably wouldn’t stay there again just cuz of AC and hearing others in their rooms.

The beds were very hard, very uncomfortable, and also their carts there was an incident I tried to report and I asked the gentleman would he like to put in incidental report the cart wouldn’t move and I have witness and it rolled over my toe and cracked my toenail And I work on my feet all day. I’m in the medical field, but nobody accommodated me for anything so as far as me staying there, I don’t think I will ever do it again. It was clean. I thought it was an outdoor swimming pool. It was an indoor swimming pool. The staff was very friendly, but the beds were the most uncomfortable bed you can ever sleep in I had to go buy an air mattress. . We had a nice stay. We were on the third floor it was quiet. Check in went smooth. Front desk clerk informed us of activities in the area.

The location was convenient to lots of things from Vallyfair to Mall of America to the Zoo. Staff was friendly. Parking sufficient. Close to stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were decent. What i would rate lower is I felt the 2 bedroom suite did not have adequate ventilation in the bedrooms. It seemed like the AC dumped cold air into the living room and the only way to cool the bedrooms was to leave the door open. They sell snacks at the front desk. Also, with a 5 night stay, I had to request cleaning, which didn't happen. The trash cans are super tiny. I know, post-covid, housekeeping isn't automatic, but here it wasn't as available as it should be. I was able to get fresh towels at the desk. Also, noise, walking, etc, it carries a little more. I thought someone was wiggling my bedroom door, but it was shaking from walking above.

Great pool

Clean, peaceful, and quiet on a Friday/Saturday. Pristine pool and hot tub, which we had all to ourselves both times we visited. Make sure to have brunch at the nearby Southern Social if you are there on a weekend.

The property site was located very near shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. It was situated right between I 35 E and MN Hwy 77, traveling away from snd back to the site was very easy! The location was generally very quiet, too, which my wife and I really appreciated. We liked the coffee /refreshment area. We never sat outside to enjoy it but what we could see of the outdoor patio/grill area sure looked nice. It seemed that every time we came home in the late afternoon or early evening, the two trash receptacles just outside the front entrance were filled to overflowing. NOT a good first impression!
