Great hotel, location, and service!

Overall, not a bad place to stay! Very close to the outlet, conveniently in Eagan which wasn't too far from where we wanted to shop, well-maintained, etc. However, there was a random power outage that did disrupt our comfort during our stay, and it would've been more stressful if it wasn't addressed any sooner as we were preparing for a concert that same day. Other than that, I would still consider this place again!

We enjoy staying here for PArk and Fly stays! Quiet and great beds!

The hotel is in a great area, close to everything. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing, especially the overnight front desk. She helped me out with securing food after a concert. She didn’t not have to help but told me where to order food from and get it delivered. Which I did, she saved me because after that concert I was STARVING!

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff was helpful when needed. The beds were not comfortable.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomie for our 4 night stay. Staff was friendly.

The gentleman who checked us in gave us an upgraded room and also allowed us to check in early since we came into earlier than expected. Excellent staff!

Quiet clean great staff

Convenient location from LAX. Mediocre breakfast. Dirty rooms. No turndown service or overnight cleaning. Rude and knowledgeable front desk staff. Overpriced.

Everything was perfect

We were there for 2 nights and expected housecleaning to come after our first night there but they didn't. It wasn't a problem really but was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was good and the attendant was extremely good. She was friendly and helpful and kept the facility clean and the foods stocked. She really cared about doing a good job! The room itself was fine, nothing special but nothing wrong either. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was great, spacious rooms, beds seemed new and comfortable The cleanliness of our hotel room was questionable at best. The shower head was terrible and with having long hair had a hard time washing my hair. The pool is TINY with a MAX OCCUPANCY of 8 people (that’s insane) the pictures are the definition of looks can be deceiving. Staff were not friendly or even smiled when my family and I walked past. The only kind one was an overnight worker when I happened to need something at the desk late into the evening. Smell of wet dog or wet towels outside of my room, and the air conditioning unit was impossible to work, and your unable to keep the fan running on constant. Overall I would not stay here again; just wasn’t worth the price at all.

Very clean and comfortable environment, walking distance to outlet mall, friendly staff, willing to get breakfast started early for our needs. Very, very small pool, breakfast started later than expected, 7 am, having to pay additional for parking.
