The mattress not comfortable. House keeping every other day. The carpet has big stain at many areas.

The hotel and rooms smelled really really really bad. So bad I was afraid to sit my belongings on anything. I tried two rooms before requesting a refund and both rooms stunk bad. Housekeeping needs to do better and or the carpet needs to be replaced.

Great breakfast with a staff member maintaining. Desk staff were very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Lots of parking available.

Close to all kinds of things we needed to attend

Room was smell like pee. Our washroom locks doesn't work. But the front staff lady was accommodating and friendly.

Room was big and worked out okay. The staff was very friendly. Location was good and liked that all soaps were liquid - no bar soaps that are messy. Lobby internet was convenient and a nice experience. Shower was not very clean and the shampoo soap pump was empty. The parking fee was a suprise but the manager waived that one night fee. The pocket door to the bathroom was really sticky and hard to close and the latch was broken. We had reserved a king bed room but was given a double queen so the booking didn't go through correctly from Booking.com - It was okay for an overnight stay but not any longer.

There was no blind on the window in the living area - where the pull out bed was, so we were awake with the sun. Very frustrating. The pillows were lumpy and flat.

Clean, friendly environment. Only thing was the smoke alarms going off twice. Other than that it was a great family stay.

They charged for parking without ever mentioning there was a fee.

Their website promotes free parking and free pet stays but they lie they charged me for all that.

Pool was needing cleaned but facility was very clean.
