Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Clean room. Rate was great.

They charged for parking without ever mentioning there was a fee.

Their website promotes free parking and free pet stays but they lie they charged me for all that.

Pool was needing cleaned but facility was very clean.

Was told they’d move us to the right room but got a call in morning and was told they’d move us man who was in that room “was quadrapledgic and needed the room one more night”. During our stay I happened to meet our neighbor in the room next to us and she asked”Qhen did you get in? I never saw the construction crew who was in the room before you move out. So I was lied to. Also neither accessible rooms has a ADA height toilet so I had to have assistance with each transfer to and from and neither of them has a closet bar low enough for me to hang anything. without out help. It was also brought to my attention that a construction crew was also taking at least one of the handicap parking spots. I quit complaining because it never got us anywhere and I didn’t want to raise a scene and embarrasse my 18 year old who was bowling the trip in a national competition and had enough stress.

The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. However our toilet did not work and they did not have staff to fix or a room to move us to. The hotel was full and only one worker that evening. They did give us free parking and some points but we rarely use points.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Very good location, safe and quiet

I booked a king bed through Expedia but when I got there, they said they did not have that room so we got a queen bed. I would’ve preferred to get what I booked but it was ok. No complaints with the hotel itself or the staff. But I like to have the booking I requested. It seems like a systems error to me.

Great location to do all our errands and visiting family and friends

Minor inconveniences they vacuumed the hallway outside our room at 8am which woke us up and only had one working elevator so longer wait times. Neither a huge deal but minor things.

The staff were really good. I have nothing negative to say about the employees I interacted with. However, our room was just not clean. It was dingy. The showerhead was like a trickle. The garbage disposal in the sink smelled terrible when we turned it on and the smell never left. The floor was sticky. It just wasn’t the standard I expected from a Home2Suites hotel. There was a nice pet area. And I will say the hotel seemed to be in a nice/safe area as well.
