Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan

We had a nice stay, just a poor located room, next to pool equipment room. Had constant noise from that room next door and a loud noise of something starting up in that room every 20-30 min. Also, mirror light didn’t work, so poor lighting in bathroom. Outside of this, grounds were nice and amenities (pool, hot tub, and EV charging) was welcomed.

Very Good. Room was too far from elevator. Forgot to request room near elevator.

The room was not clean. The curtains were tattered. There was a terrible smell in the room. The furniture was beat up and not well kept.

Quite, clean accommodating. It was a little hard to see the hotel from the Main Street - Cliff Rd.

Great place to stay

The staff, specifically the blonde lady who worked 5/23 pm shift! The beds were hard, my room was on an angle so the toilet lid would fall over, the shower door wouldn’t stay open, no doors.. the breakfast idea needs to be changed… if im being charged already no need to charge my room every time.

Nice clean room, nice clean hotel, excellent front desk staff and awesome driver for airport,…{she was so sweet and interesting to chat with!} Will stay again, as we always choose them for park and fly ❤️

Had a pool. Close to restaurants and stores. Walls are thin. Could hear the people above us walking around - seemed like they were stomping. Cable wasn’t working well until I called the front desk to send someone to fix.

It was clean and just what we needed for accommodations. We could hear our neighbors as if there was no wall between us.

Avoid toom 101 at all costs. We were placed there for the second time in the last year. This is by the side exit and the stair well.... no sound insulation at all..

I required the shuttle for work and one day the shuttle was an hour late to pick us up.
