The newly renovated room and smells fresh continental breakfast only

I need a refund The entire dirty rundown hotel
-
It was clean. The breakfast had no low carb or whole food options. All grains. For a diabetic grains are bad.

If you want more examples just look at the Google reviews. They are below 3 stars. Almost 2.0 at this point.

It was awful and they lied to us the lies and sneakiness

The entire experience was HORRIBLE. Upon arrival, the parking lot construction type trucks parted across multiple spots. My family and i checked into the property round 4:45 am. The interaction with the desk agent began the from behind the counter with the agent speaking to me behind a wall. Prior to arrival, my balance was paid in full. I was informed by the desk agent that an extra $100 deposit would be required to continue the check-in. Also at this time, I was informed that my request for rooms side by side both with jacuzzi couldn’t be granted because all they didn’t see the request. I was informed all the rooms were full. I was then issued room 128 and 200. Two room on the complete opposite side of the property. Room 128 had a door that would not lock or close properly due to a screw being bent in the frame plate. This safety issue was met with no urgency. After making the agent aware of the issues, the only solution was to check with the front desk in the morning to see if another room would be available. After attempting to sleep for a few hours in a room with a door that wouldn’t close properly, around noon I spoke with another desk agent who first told me that they could get rooms close together. At this point I was told that my room would be close to room 205, which was across from 200 but then it was changed to room 218. This room was full of mold. There was mold spores on the ceiling of the bathroom and the walls of the room. Both bath tubs had visible dirt rings around them. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and scrub both bathrooms before being able to shower. The property has many door with broken locks. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The only pictures are very deceiving.

I should have listened to the reviews on Google vs Hotels.com (there is no way this place is a 7/10). The only positive about this place is the price. The cons are: The room was dirty; we stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean it or replace towels. When we arrived (we were a group of 4) our pull-out had no bedding (just the bare/stained mattress) & we had to go down to the front desk and get our own sheets and make the bed ourselves. The TV needed to be operated manually (the remote didn't work). The continental breakfast was the worst I've seen. The juice machine was broken (the entire duration of the stay), the 'waffle maker' is just frozen Eggos (with frozen butter to put on them). For toast, your options are frozen butter or grape jam to spread on it. And to save $1, they had off-brand fruit-loops and off-brand corn flakes. They had a microwave at the continental breakfast, but I can't figure out why (not going to need a microwave for toast, Eggos or cereal). The majority of the time the front desk was vacant (and versus having a bell/buzzer to call someone, they just had a phone number you could call). I just wish someone would left a review letting me know this place was not good (versus having to find out myself)

The 2nd room was temp at 80 during the summer months! It didn’t smell as bad but there was human hair in the fridge and bathroom, the bathtub obviously hasn’t been scrubbed down in a long time either.

The location was great, close to the Malls and many food options. TV service was not good, kinda a big deal when traveling with kids, the breakfast wasn’t poor ( frozen waffles/cereal), by night two my daughter started getting sick due to the amount of moisture in the air, even with the bathroom fan on constantly and the heater/air conditioner set to dry. It was so wet when you showered the towels didn’t even dry you off. Keep in mind there is no pool etc. Would not recommend, the Hilton was next door should have stayed there!

Nothing All of it

Bed was super uncomfortable to me. No box spring, just a mattress on a metal frame. Thank goodness the rooms are not carpeted!!!

The room was filthy. There is no carpet, so the floor was dirty and full of hair. The bottoms of our white socks within minutes were dirty and dingy. The bed sheets were not washed. Someone else's hair was all over the bed sheets and worse on the pillows and if that wasn't enough the pillows smelled like they had been used for several weeks. The bathroom was disgusting. Dried urine puddles on the floor behind the toilet. The floor had more hair in the corners than my balding husband has left on his head. (No joke). The curved shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall to the point that the curve was more like a dip. The shower head wasn't attached to the wall and was falling. There was an unknown brown substance splattered on the walls. The switch plates were yellowed plastic with dirty finger prints on them. The microwave was at least 25 years old. It was once white and is now yellowed plastic and when running makes a loud growling sound. The very textured walls were painted using Kilz glossy white to hide imperfections. Sadly they just painted over the smooth 10" border at the top of the walls. The door to the room had a 2"gap along the entire bottom and a gap big enough to see out into the hallway along the open side of the door. Smh! There were questionable people lingering out in the parking lot until at least 230am. People coming and going as if they could rent rooms there by the hour. Never again!

Worst HOTEL ever! Nothing in the advertisement is correct. This hotel should not be listed on Expedia or any other website. It seems to be a cross mix of worst places ever. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Gave me a dirty room than when they gave me a new room I woke up to a white bug crawling on me pulled the sheets back and they were dirty!!!
-
Clean. Nice rooms. Nice staff. The breakfast.

Nothing Scammer

The room was clean. The hotel smells weird though. You get what you pay for so I wouldn’t rule it out if I had to stay there again. The staff is dismissive when asking to resolve issues. ( clogged tub). Continental breakfast was decent. There are 2 floors and no elevator. The location is great. Close to MOA and lots of places to eat. Also the Target store is nearby.

The room and hallway stank. Very unpleasant experience!
