The place is clean. The rooms are neat. The staff are great and it’s cheap. Don’t have no comments

We liked mostly everything - the bed sizes and the room size were great, the convenience of the microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, etc. It was very good. The pillows could have been just a little bigger but they were comfortable. I guess my only concern was that the walls seem to be not as insulated as I thought because I could hear other guests in the side rooms talking kind of loudly. Still, it was tolerable but noticable.

My room was not ready when I arrived and I had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half then was rushed out the next morning

It's a place to sleep if you are passing through. If you're staying a few days or more spend the extra $20-$30 and get a spa suite with private hot tub.

I do not recommend this property! It is unclean, unsafe and has very few amenities. I found two cockroaches in my room. There are several entrances/exits, none of which are locked. People are incredibly noisy and one room was even frying food in their room, with peanut oil, which I am extremely allergic to. There was no phone in my room and my television didn't work. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room either and although the hotel provided breakfast, it was not allowed in the rooms. I bought mushroom coffee packets from Target and would go downstairs to get hot water, they had that at least. They have a washer and dryer available to guests, however don't sell laundry detergent. These are the main highlights. It is in a convenient location for shopping!

Nice place to stay.

First impression the hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The no staff at the front desk was very unwelcoming. Waited 15mins and called 2x to get someone down. Finally 45 min later we were able to get in our room but very cleaning the hot tub in thr room was awesome 👌! Ice machine was broke on the 1st floor and theres another one but its on the 2nd floor and I'm handicapped so that was a no go. Overall id give this hotel 4/5. Id come back for the value and cleanliness!
