Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle was quick and safe.

Affordable The shuttle driver was hitting on me, and talking about sexual relationships in front of my daughter. Then later asked if he could keep my number. When we returned from an event there was absolutely no parking for me. They share a parking lot with T-Mobile and they took up half of the parking. The room smelt horrible.

Worn but clean. Breakfast was simple, but staff couldn't keep things filled fast enough. Enjoyed the stay

Very affordable

Hallways smelled like food was cooking nearby. We chose this hotel because its ad stated it had "airport shuttle service." Unfortunately, we were not able to get any shuttle service because our flight left early in the morning and the shuttle hadn't started working yet. It would be helpful to state in the ad that the hotel provides "airport shuttle service between 5:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m."

It was a fine place to stay for the night for the price and for an early morning flight. I wish I knew the airport shuttle didn’t start until 6 am when we had to leave at 4 am. That was a big disappointment. The shuttle was one of the reasons I booked it. Check in was fine, room was clean. Convenient location. Basic amenities. Property is a bit worn and dated but nothing terrible. If you need a basic place to stay, near the airport and you don’t need an early shuttle, it will due.

The table next to the bed wasn't cleaned and the window was really dirty and needed some good edge cleaning and a better verity for breakfast it was the same every day for the few days we were there

Ok location Mold growing in the vents, gross carpet that needed to be cleaned or even just vacuumed, dirty bathroom with something smeared all over the bathroom door on the inside, the sheets were arguably clean.

While the property is in need of renovation, we got one of the rooms that had been renovated and were pleasantly surprised as we did not expect that initially. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean despite us having a last minute reservation. I think they have upgraded their breakfast as well as it said “continental” so we expected coffee, juice, cereal and perhaps rolls. They had more than that. There were also eggs, sausage and waffles (they had a couple of waffle irons) amongst other things. It was good! This is an independent motel and it looks like the owner is really working on updating things. I would stay there again but I would also request an updated room of available while the renovation is in progress.

Some more Indian breakfast could be added when there are few Indian origin guests are there at the facility like paranthas or idlis there was smell of cigarette smoke in the 4th floor corridor as we reached our floor first time

I have house keeping change my sheets and a pair of my 200$ jeans came up missing and I want reimbursed

The location The place is run down. It has a horrible odor when you walk into the place. We booked online, they wouldn't provide the correct room until I provided proof of two queen room. We had to go purchase soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Luckily the front desk has towels and trash bags. But our room wasn't set up at all and we got what we paid for.

This place is the most dirty place you will ever see in your life, it stinks and the staff don’t even know what they are doing
