Excellent place, excellent staff they take care of all needs. I didn’t like the first room they gave me, it was next to the laundry room and it was noisy in the night, so first thing in the morning I talked to them and they changed the room with no problem.

Rooms were very clean. No horrible smells or air freshener perfume smells. Plenty of parking. Elevators were always there and never waited.

It was pretty. My room smelled bad and musty like it had had pets.

The breakfast was great , Barbara was exceptional to say the least . She made our family of 5 feel at home. She went out here way to be very polite, friendly and professional. Matthew working the front desk was great always polite and professional. These two made our stay on a scale of 1-10 a 10.

Staff, location and cleanliness CARPET!!! The carpet should go it was a stain in the room that I had.

I liked how they served a complimentary breakfast and there was always free parking. I didn’t like that their cleaning staff threw away many of my family’s items including important medicine, skincare, and toiletries.
