The beds were clean and cozy. Excellent breakfast, and for the first time i saw a hotel serving dunkin donuts which was a very good option especially if u have kids

I reserved for king bed , and when I went the staff told me, the only available is double queen and not internet available

Staff- we were there on vacation hence wanted to spend some good time but right from get go the hotel staff seemed to be mean and rude to start with. Every sentence was an argument. When asked if I could speak to someone else the lady Dahlaileh mentioned she was the manager so no one else you could escalate. Every interaction with this person was negative,

I asked for an early check in and when I got there I was told no rooms were ready. Which I was okay with. They somehow found a room and gave me the key, just for me to come right back to the lobby because the room wasn’t cleaned yet. So I was put into another room on the same floor. This room smelled horrible, like of cigarettes, so much so my clothes now smell like it. I didn’t have time to ask for a switch (again) because I was there for a Wedding and needed to get ready.

Run down-needs to be upgraded. Doors are damaged. Television limited with commercials.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Beyond that, the hotel room was atrocious. Absolutely filthy. One wall had blood splatter (have photos and even the front desk clerk confirmed it looked like blood). All the walls had black smudge marks and a buildup of dirt over time and paint splatter all over the bathroom vanity and door. I found a long, dyed blue hair in the bed. The shower knob when turned to full hot, went to cold again; so, I could not have a hot shower. But the worst thing was the door to the room. It was stuck so when you put your key in, you had to put your shoulder into the door like you were breaking it down. And I mean put a shoulder into it hard to where it was painful. But - the struggle with the door was the same leaving the room. One had to really yank on the door. I would hate to deal with this door during a fire. The room is potentially a death trap. I am reporting the room to the East Brunswick fire code and safety department.

I slept in my clothes because the floor looked dingy. The side table had sticky stains on it and there was some type of debris on the walls, and counters in several places. When I walked in room 121 the refrigerator had been leaking, the “hardwood” part of the floor was wet and the carpet had started to get soaked. The remedy was a few towels were put down by the gentleman at the front desk, a wave and “have a good night.” ?

Clean, comfy, and reasonably priced. We always stay here when we visit family! Nothing

The staff were friendly, we had a concern about the TV and it was fixed immediately. The room was clean. Just a few more towels in the room.
