Like almost everything but wis there wasn’t a maximum amount of time you can stay wish you could stay as long as you wanted

Overall a great hotel property great value

I was in the area for a concert and only wanted to stay one night. The blanket on the bed was stained, there was debris in the shower, I saw bedbugs in both the bathroom and by the bed, and when I took off the fitted sheet I saw that the mattress had blood stains on it and holes carved into it. I was not going to sleep there, especially after seeing the bugs (let alone the rest), and when I went to the office to speak to someone, there was only one person on shift who was no help, refused to give me the phone number of a manager, and offered no options. I gave in my room key around midnight (after arriving before 8pm to check in before going to the concert), and was told to “call Expedia.” That’s it. And then I was refused a refund, because apparently the motel refused to waive their “cancellation policy”. Disgusting place, do NOT recommend.

El ambiente no era muy bueno, las puertas a la hora de abrir siempre había problemas, no era un lugar muy higiénico. Por lo menos pudimos dormir pero no volveríamos

The smoking smell on hallway didn’t like it.

The shower water was slow, my stove didn't work, the hallway smelled bad.

The room smelled awful, the microwave door wouldn’t open and the hallway was very dirty

NOT A DAMN THING Bad area. Bad people hanging outside the hotel. They canceled my room and didn't tell me and I drove 2hrs to get there.. they didn't fix the issue and didn't get me another room.. terrible place..

The only brightside was "Jo" the front desk clerk. She was terrific. Sad such a nice person has to work in a dump like this. Half naked children running through the hall passed my door screaming and crying. This went on for hours. No breakfast. Bags of dirty personal laundry, not motel linen, laying on the hallway floor next to elevator the entire stay. Smelled bad. The room vibrated with each passing tractor trailer. I did not know this was a truck stop motel because it did not explain that on the internet. Old men stood outside the back entrance smoking and drinking and arguing. Upon arrival , my request, made 4 weeks prior, for a ground floor room was not available. Then the second floor room I was assigned was not in working order - drywall, tools and other maintenance equipment scattered about. This was a night mare.

Location As soon as we al checked in and unpacking the car two police cars come flying into the parking lot and running inside looking for someone, also people out intoxicated being very loud and made it very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly. Beds comfy. Rooms where clean. The area was very sketchy. And. Police showed up to deal with people the moment we checked in. Did not feel safe at all.

Very friendly. A little noisy. Thin walls.
