Went there my first room was dirty . And had food splattered on the walls and floors second room they gave me had to wait because they said maintenance needed to be done very disappointing

Dirty rooms, roach infestation in room, clogged sink in the bathroom, strong odor and sketchy people on the property of hotel made us feel very unsafe. All the cars parked had flat tires which was worrisome

Like almost everything but wis there wasn’t a maximum amount of time you can stay wish you could stay as long as you wanted

I was in the area for a concert and only wanted to stay one night. The blanket on the bed was stained, there was debris in the shower, I saw bedbugs in both the bathroom and by the bed, and when I took off the fitted sheet I saw that the mattress had blood stains on it and holes carved into it. I was not going to sleep there, especially after seeing the bugs (let alone the rest), and when I went to the office to speak to someone, there was only one person on shift who was no help, refused to give me the phone number of a manager, and offered no options. I gave in my room key around midnight (after arriving before 8pm to check in before going to the concert), and was told to “call Expedia.” That’s it. And then I was refused a refund, because apparently the motel refused to waive their “cancellation policy”. Disgusting place, do NOT recommend.

The door to the room did not lock. We did not feel comfortable to stay the night so we left.

El ambiente no era muy bueno, las puertas a la hora de abrir siempre había problemas, no era un lugar muy higiénico. Por lo menos pudimos dormir pero no volveríamos

NOT A DAMN THING Bad area. Bad people hanging outside the hotel. They canceled my room and didn't tell me and I drove 2hrs to get there.. they didn't fix the issue and didn't get me another room.. terrible place..
