After driving for 12 hours this situation especially unpleasant. We have an upcoming road trip with a number of rooms booked through Hotels.com and this has left a bad taste. I would not stay at this property again.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean. Tucked away back off of route 18. A nice experience. I would stay again

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable I was double charged. Once by booking.com and once by the hotel. Booking.com gave me the run around. I will never ever use them again nor will I recommend them.

The availability, the location, the price the cleanliness. I was a tad disappointed about the breakfast. Some people would like choices of bacon. The turkey bacon is healthier but we would like tastier over healthier.
