Motel 6 New Brunswick

Motel 6's are hit or miss and this was more of a hit. Staff very friendly, room very clean. Felt safe and the bedding was clean and fresh,

It was comfortable People were smoking in the non smoking area .it was pot. Hall way and stairs smell a lot like urine

it was nice and spacious power outages happened throughout the whole night and stay

The telephone didn't work couldn't even call the office had to walk to the office no microwave no refrigerator towels were dirty all the bedding has cigarette Burns in them TV got no more than four channels very noisy I would never ever ever go there again I booked it because I thought it was reasonable and it was close I had came from out of town to go to a family funeral and I would never go there again

I'd accidentally booked a smoking room (apparently that is still a thing), and despite there being 6 empty non-smoking rooms they could not just move me into another room without having me pay for both rooms. The guy was like: "computer says no".

It’s OK just for a bit but long day I would not use this facility

Everything How the place is in the cut to the point you can drive right by it and miss it.

Okay place to stay one or two nights would not call it a “getaway“

There was NO HOT WATER and we were only told upon arrival after driving 2 hours. We were woken up at 8am by the front desk to return the iron for another guest, and the room did not have one amenity that was listed for the room on the website

During my stay at this Motel 6, there was no hot water. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and the desk was unattended for about 45 minutes. When the agent arrived, she stated the hotel had been without hot water for over a week and apologized for not disclosing this upfront, yet refused any refund or compensation. The response was dismissive and became defensive when the issue was raised. Hot water is a basic lodging requirement in New Jersey, especially in winter, and guests should be clearly informed before booking.

The location is easy to fine and the customers service was not too bad. The outside look is filthy and looks trashy; I suggest outside renovation and thorough cleaning of the floor. Please make the outlook a bit attractive for clients.

Hard to sign on to Internet using fire stick, plus guests fight woke us up early as heck on Saturday morning and they still came to get us up at 11am instead of accommodating with another hour of rest. Other than that, LOVE THE HOTEL, STAFF IS AMAZING!!! COOL FOR A GET AWAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD! sushi bar club vibe next door walking distance!! Theater NOT WALKING DISTANCE unless you like HIGHWAY WALKING ADVENTURE!!
