Ok for a one night stay on the way to somewhere else

Only good for an overnight stay. No microwave or fridge in the room...who wants to walk out side to use a microwave thats next to the washing machine & dryer... if you want food you have to drive to it or have it delivered

There isn’t a fridge or microwave and comes with DoorDash restrictions (food has to be dropped in lobby and no Alcohol delivery)also room had gnats killed 2 but more kept coming then a fly. Checked out early due to personal reasons. Will not be returning

There was a sweet big haired receptionist and a rude receptionist with many piercing in her mouth.

Unfortunately things were stolen from me. While I was checking out, my room was “cleared”. The front desk person refused to tell me what happened to my items. I found some of them in the garage but obviously anything of value (charger, thermos, medications) were gone. Felt like I was being scammed. The front desk also insisted they could not find my reservation for the next night resulting in me double booking in error.

The ice machine was broken for a week. The washing machine soaked my clothes without spinning them out properly. The laundry and ice machine room the next week it was fixed the door was broken and the staff couldn't unlock it. When I extended my stay they wanted me to pay an extra $50 dollars to stay in my room or I would have to leave from 11am to 3pm with all my stuff and check back in. The TV was set on store display mode so, portions of the picture on the TV would be covered up constantly with different graphics. This was annoying. I will say my room was clean. The room was large too compared to other hotels I have stayed at. When you don't have a refrigerator in your room ice is important. If the price wasn't right I would be livid.

Sheets had hair in it, toilet wasn’t cleaned, toilet seat was disgusting, toilet lid was damaged, no conditioner or hand soap, and most likely mistakenly took my towel, no mini fridge, no microwave, no iron even at the front desk. Sheets had burn holes in it, outside room door was dirty.

The location was good They canceled my reservation at the last minute of me coming all the way from New York I came too New Jersey for my uncle's Funeral and I had too pay for 2 new reservation at another hotel for a room
