The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was everywhere making sure the dining area and main entrance was spotless. Nice breakfast offerings and everything was fresh. The air conditioning was good and we both got a good night's sleep. It was in New Jersey...LOL While it was only 6 miles from our family reunion, it would take us about 45 minutes to get over to it due to NJ traffic. NOT the hotel's fault, but that was our only issue.

The customer service is exceptional! We love the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms. The bed is comfortable and the shower amazing! We love the breakfast. We always come here when we are in the area. Love this hotel!

Disappointing

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Everything was extremely clean.

Excellent customer service! The room did smell a bit of mold, but considering we were there due to power outages at home, it wasn't bad enough to be an issue.

We had to relocate from another hotel in the area because they were we without power. The staff at the Marriott couldn't have been nicer. We were upgraded to a suite. After a long hot day and after relocating, the room we were given was a nice break. The breakfast the next morning was one if the best we've had at a hotel.

We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. They did state that they would have to charge us for the first night, which was fine. When we did arrive the afternoon of the second day, we learned that they had canceled our entire reservation for both nights. This was a guaranteed reservation. We once again informed the front desk person that we had a medical emergency. We informed him that we called the evening prior. We were told that we called the national Marriott reservation number. My wife redialed the phone number she had called and it rang at the front desk. They refused to honor a reservation. Even worse, the front desk person refused to identify himself. We were told, and I quote, "you don't need my name". This is well below the standards of Marriott. Extremely poor customer service.

My wife's called the hotel and specifically let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. They did state that they would have to charge us for the first night, which was fine. When we did arrive, we were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk, who informed us that they had canceled our reservation for both nights. We told him we had had a medical emergency. We also informed him that we called. He insisted that we called the National reservation number. My wife redial the phone number she called and it rang at the front desk. He refused to honor a reservation. Even worse, he refused to identify himself. Would not give us his name. His exact words were "you don't need my name". This is well below the standards of Marriott. I would never stay at this hotel and question whether I wanna remain a Marriott Bonvoy member. This is more reflective of a hotel that rents rooms by the hour than a executive level hotel. Very disappointing.
