Getting charged for parking? I have travelled about 3 weeks per month for the last 50 years and never once had I ever been charged for parking. No explanation and no CASH accepted. Not acceptable....

Elevator broke all night. Staff rude

The appearance of the hotel when you first walk in is very captivating but there were some issues like the elevators didn’t work properly at all the ice machines on at least three floors didn’t work 6, 8 and 9th floors. I had to go to the 10th floor from the 8th floor just to get ice and if your looking a fridge in your room good luck with that who I stay here again it would be a very slim chance. Also it would have been nice if there was a separate bar from the restaurant so you can really socialize on your stay instead of the Bloosom Restaurant being your only choice with limited hours

Icemakers were broken on several floors and the elevators are really bad. They take forever to get there and you have to wait and luggage carts are almost nonexistent.

I did and early check it they didn’t have any clean washcloths rooms are old stink and out dated it took me a whole day to get a fridge

- The elevators were extremely slow. The down button was always lit and never called the elevator, so I figured out that I had to press the up button to call the elevator so that I can press the lobby button to go down once i got into the elevator. - The elevator to the pool wasn't working. So you have to use the stairs - The ice machine on my floor was out of service, so I had to go to a different floor to get ice. - They charge $18 per day to park in the lot. And, you really need a car to get to this hotel, so make sure to factor that price in to your stay. - The room itself was fine. Nothing special. It was extremely dated, but clean.

The pool was so overcrowded that it wasn't enjoyable at all. When we got to our room, the blankets had noticeable stains, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, I was itching all night. I can't say for certain what caused it, but it definitely made me wonder if there could be bedbugs or another issue with the bedding. Overall, this was not the special, relaxing stay we had hoped for. I expected much better cleanliness and maintenance, especially for such an important occasion

The hotel looks old and run down. Definitely not what we expected from the Hilton name and we were charged for Self parking.

I was given a room key to a room that wasn’t turned over (towels on the bed and floor of the bathroom). Then we were given keys to a new room. There was a used bandaid on the lamp. The room wasn’t cooling down well either.

Well maintained hotel. Cleaned rooms. Friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and Front Desk. Not all elevators were working. We waited for 6 minutes just going down in the lobby. We used the pool and there were youths playing with the ball in the pool. I find it not safe and noisy. The staff named Carole in the pool area was helpful and she asked the youth to leave as they were jumping off at the pool. They were disrespectful to her and one point uncontrollable. The parking by the delivery area has less lighting and no security at night.

Easy parking and room access.

The elevators at this hotel were broken. There was only one elevator that worked. You had about a 10 minute wait each time you wanted to use the elevator. The hot tub was also drained and not operable during our stay.
-
They only had 2 working elevators and the hotel was at capacity. in addition, the elevator call buttons did not work. We would wait up to 15 min for an elevator and walking up or down was not an option as we were on the 9th floor.

The elevators didn't work most of the time ! Two of the four didn't work at all. Neither of the two that did work some of the time would stop at my flor ( the 9th ), until I checked out today. We used the freight elevator the get dow, as my wife has a bad knee, and we are in our late 60's. Being on the 9th floor made the stairs a none factor.

Nothing. Upon arrival, elevators were out of service. Had to track it up six floors with all my stuff. I got to the room immediately had to kill multiple moths, there was no fridge in the AC was not working. On top of that there was food left from the previous guest all over the little coffee table in the room. Everything. There is nothing to like about this hotel from the rooms, not being clean, to the facilities being unmaintained and or not in service to the lack of care for the inconvenience.

When I booked my reservation it stated the pool would be available a day before I received an email stating the pool would not be available. The room was ok very basic. The elevators took so long. For the amount of money paid we weren’t even offered a free breakfast. I would not be returning.

Upon getting to our room I noticed my room wasn’t that clean, I just went with it from waiting. Then the noise from them renovating kept us up so we just got showered and dressed for the affair we were attending early and we left . The elevator took 11 minutes to get to the 12th floor. Then upon leaving for the end of our trip it was a 20 minute wait for the elevator. We couldn’t walk down we had too many bags. Just a horrible experience
