Parking was another inconvenience. Not only is it an added expense, but navigating in and out of the garage was difficult, with multiple visitors expressing confusion and frustration about the process. The hot tub was out of service, several elevators were down, and as a result I had to walk up and down eight flights of stairs repeatedly. There were also no ice machines or vending machines available anywhere in the building. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. The hotel did not meet the standards associated with the Hilton brand. The building and rooms are noticeably dated, with chipped paint and carpet peeling at the seams. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I am filing a formal complaint. I strongly recommend that anyone seeking a comfortable and reliable stay choose another property.

They had a system wide outage. It took a half hour to find my reservation, then took me to my room to let me in. I was there for two hours and never heard a word from them. I had to leave and decided not to return. Then I was charged for parking, which I already paid when I left. I will never stay at another Hilton ever again.

I have pictures if you need. Terrible condition for a Hilton. Not doing the name any service.

Good
-
Staff very unprofessional

Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were well kept.
-
Only 1 elevator was working

My concern about this reservation is, in this website, I suppose to pay 307.00 but I paid at the hotel 407.00. Parking lot was 18.00 dollars at night, and stayed 2 nights. They suppose to charged me 36 dollars, but they charged me 100.00 instead

Clean room and helpful staff, but expected more as far as cleanliness of the lobby. Carpet gives you the vibe it hasn’t been cleaned in years. $18 for parking seems a bit excessive when majority of the lot is empty.

Location

The hotel needs updating!

Had to change room twice, first room no air conditioning, second room no air conditioning and smelled like weed and cigar smoke. Also they charge $18 per day for parking. If it wasn’t for the location I won’t recommend. I’ll never stay there again and do not recommend it at all.

Eh.

The air conditioner was extreme! Wayyyy too cold and the shower head was weak. Other than that it was a good stay.
-
It’s average for the Hilton standards.

NBC channel came up not working in TV. Call to front desk was totally non responsive. This was the last straw for us after multiple bad experiences at Hilton brand hotels. Diamond status means nothing to Hilton. All my hotel stays are now at Marriott brand properties.

The pool was ok to many kids playing football in the pool. The hot tub was not working.
-
Busy night due to world cup, short staffed, pay parking only. Nice hotel.

For this to have been a Hilton Hotel I was disappointed how dated things look the waterfall and everything looks nice however if the paint wasn't chipped in some areas and how the hot tub that wasn't working was very dirty and was able to be seen by guest coming into the pool and even the bathroom just looked outdated and one of the elevators was like a horror movie when riding it I was just expecting better or a little more up to date from what the pictures online give but it was just a quick weekend stay the restaurant food was good I will say that the queen size bed is like a twin size bed. This hotel just needs a little TLC and updating and it should be good then
