Room was very clean, the huge window in our room was crystal clear. Bed and pillows were so cozy, breakfast had good selections. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Pet friendly Nice areas to hang out A/C in room didn’t stay consistent and no fan option. No fan in bathroom.

The hotel was good, my main complaint is the people in the room next to me had a dog that started barking at 6:36 am and many times after that. I talked to the front desk and the lady was very nice and said she would talk to the people in the next room but unless she had 3 complaints she couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately the people stayed the next night and dog started barking again... If you think you need to bring a dog along, it's not very courteous to the others tying to sleep there to let your dog bark. I came to the hotel to sleep not be kept awake by a barking dog.

This is an impeccably clean, comfortable and attractive hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Although we only stayed one night, I will be staying at Holiday Inn/Express again!

The only downside was the barking dogs across the hall. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent facilities. Very new. Coffee service was great and available 24 hrs. It takes whole bean coffee, grinds it, brews it and serves it one cup at a time. Nothing.

The location is great. Being dog friendly is excellent. The bed is too high. It's hard to get into, especially with a bad knee. Being disabled it's really difficult to get into the bed which leads to not being able to get comfortable which leads to not a great night of sleep. My husband can't even sit on the edge of the bed comfortably. Also, the breakfast was dry, tasteless and not very hot. The eggs are not good, so plain, kind of rubbery. At least there's other options.
