Heat lamp was completely shattered. Dust and garbage behind the TV. I looked because I couldn't get the TV to work. Shower drain is clogged

The room/bedding was dirty and damp and smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but there was only one. We left after 20 mins and just drove home. Front desk staff was nice, though.

The hotel is run down the rooms smelled like smoke the pool and hot were tiny the breakfast was terrible the security doors didn't shut the bathrooms were gross. The only good part about this hotel was the staff. Also rooms were not ready when they were supposed to be. Will never stay here again. For this quality hotel the rooms should be no more than 50 dollars a night.

Had to move to a different room due to the A/C not working. Staff was very cooperative in giving us a different room.

Room was okay, slow drain in sink, shower could use a mat, very slippery …Breakfast was great! Pancake, eggs, breakfast sausage, cereal, juices, bagel, bread,muffins, really nice assortment!

The breakfast was great, pancake machine, and I was thankful for the bananas!! The hot tub was hot and air streams were strong. Everything was so clean!!! Staff was super nice. We would stay there again.

The hotel is in need of updating. The staff was kind the room was not at all welcoming. The bed was made poorly appearing to be a roll away bed with frame showing and sheets and bedding tucked in very badly. The outlets only worked if the light switch was turned out and that is not shared until you mention it to the front desk. Phones dont charge another customer they lost all their food the put in the fridge because of it. Breakfast was OK but not hot, barely warm. Ice machine broken

Was lookin forward to the pool and the water was very cloud and the windows around the pool are broken. So we did not use the pool. Good thing the room was under 100 bucks. My family will be back to Eau Claire a lot over the next few years and we will NEVER stay here again.

Isn't there a law about a restroom being required Where food is served? Also, no restroom at indoor pool!! Get real, what kind of dump has no base rooms. It was a great inconvenience for a father and adult daughter sharing a two queen bed room I WOULD NEVER HAVE RENTED THIS HOTEL IF I KNEW THAT. Refund would be great..

Breakfast area was very small and busy. 3/5 hot breakfast. Internet 0/5 stars. No elevator. Old carpeting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of TV stations. 4/5 clean room. Pool and hot tub smaller but for $100ish dollars, the room was worth it!
