I quit coming to Hampton inn in EauClaire because it seemed to be run down and the staff was not very helpful. Was pleasantly surprised this visit

Young baseball players stayed the same weekend so they were running in the hallway later than we liked and stoping a lot in the room above us late into the night.

Great place to stay. We had a small issue with the toilet and a call to the front desk was needed, they were very prompt in coming to the room and fixing the issue! Very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Our night at the hotel was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good, as good as hotel food can be! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a 5 star hotel in my opinion! Will stay here again. The location is great and near the UW campus.
