Good

Location Large barking dog forced us to change rooms. Air conditioner barely worked. TV did not work. The room smelled bad. Staff barely spoke English.

Not great to stay in. Better than nothing, I suppose

Two hours after settling into our rooms. My daughter's were in their hotel room and a couple came walking into their room. This couple was given a key card that opened the door. I was in the room next door and heard a scream as my one daughter had been changing clothes when they walked in. Luckily the couple was nice and left. A few minutes later the front desk person came up and told my daughter's they had to go another room as the hotel had given out the wrong room. My daughter's packed up, moved rooms. When we got them to their new room it had no security locks. We went to the front desk and was told "its fine, nothing bad happens here." I explained my daughter's already had someone access their original room and this was not acceptable. The person then assigned them to another room. In that room when we they went to use the bathroom they food feces smeared all around the bottom of the toilet base. We reported this tonthe front desk, we were advised there were no other rooms available and that they would clean it up. We went to our event fornthe evening and returned to find no one had cleaned the bathroom. At this point I requested a refund and the girls came into my room and left early the next morning. I was denied a refund and they have not responded to any further correspondence I have sent. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel.

I could hear people 2 rooms down yelling and swearing like they were in my room. You can hear everything from outside. My door had no safety lock. And had to pushed hard to even lock. The toilet wouldn't flush and breakfast had nothing but stale bagels.

Price

Mold all around the windows, had to go urgent care and book another room at a different hotel.

Helpfull staff, good breakfast, clean room

The breakfast selections were fine.

Room was clean but dated. AC cycled irregularly. Hot water did not work in show. Lighting over sink very poor for the Mrs. Stopped serving breakfast at 9:30 on the weekend. And other businesses/hotels used Super 8 parking lot, blocking me in 2x. Took 3 attempts to get keys that worked on our room door.

It was okay , place was quiet at night slept okay . We paid for upgrade two queen bed room . Room was okay not fancy but in morning no running water in shower . When I drop my key off I got oh sorry and that was it . No running water in shower

It was a clean room with decent aconomadations staff were cuttoius and pleasant i would recommend to everyone with a budget to stay there

The property needs updating. It felt like an old building. The door where the "lobby" to check in looked like it used to be a side entrance instead of a main entrance. Check in was pretty fast. The room was dark so we went to turn a light on and we had to go to the front desk for a light bulb. Breakfast was good and staff was kind.
