Super 8 by Wyndham Eau Claire WI

Mold all around the windows, had to go urgent care and book another room at a different hotel.

Helpfull staff, good breakfast, clean room

The breakfast selections were fine.

Room was clean but dated. AC cycled irregularly. Hot water did not work in show. Lighting over sink very poor for the Mrs. Stopped serving breakfast at 9:30 on the weekend. And other businesses/hotels used Super 8 parking lot, blocking me in 2x. Took 3 attempts to get keys that worked on our room door.

It was okay , place was quiet at night slept okay . We paid for upgrade two queen bed room . Room was okay not fancy but in morning no running water in shower . When I drop my key off I got oh sorry and that was it . No running water in shower

Clean room, staff was great breakfast was good.

It was a clean room with decent aconomadations staff were cuttoius and pleasant i would recommend to everyone with a budget to stay there

The property needs updating. It felt like an old building. The door where the "lobby" to check in looked like it used to be a side entrance instead of a main entrance. Check in was pretty fast. The room was dark so we went to turn a light on and we had to go to the front desk for a light bulb. Breakfast was good and staff was kind.

Room was clean, staff were very accommodating.

The bathroom was a mess. There was a huge stain from a leak from the toilet upstairs. There was an active leak from the shower upstairs. The drywall around the sink was finished poorly. The TV did not work - had an HDMI cable, but nothing to plug it into. There were dried fluids on the nightstand (of what we don't know). Horrible experience.

The location was close to where the soccer fields are and some places to eat. The room and hallways smelled of sulfur. The a/c didn’t work and when I talked to the desk he said he would call maintenance right away and no one ever showed. The toilet took 3 times to flush. There was literally a hole in the she door of the microwave so I was afraid to use it.

The location Bathroom smelled like mold, stained comforter, mildew in the shower, toothpaste splatter on the wall. The included breakfast was dismal, coffee maker in the breakfast area created coffee with sludge and everything was dingy.

It was ok for one night.

The location was accessible. The bed was so high I had to bring in a step stool to get into it.

bed and pillows were nice. The light in the mirror was too dark could not see to fix my hair or put makeup on.. Also the toilet seat was not fasten properly.

The bed was actually very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was probably the worst I'd ever seen. No oatmeal? Food didn't get replenished as they ran out and there was nothing I could eat. The shower needed mechanical work and the toilet wasn't the cleanest.

Breakfast was very weak! Some powdered donuts from little Debbie’s! Coffee was good that was it! The ceiling above our room dripped water all night in our bathroom

I've stayed at this location several times. While it is fairly basic, the service is always very kind and polite. The only thing I can say that needs a change would be updating the bathrooms. Mine was missing the heat lamp bulb and the towel mat had a stain on it. Otherwise, I absolutely plan on staying here again. There's a Kwik Trip across the street, as well as a family restaurant that does an awesome breakfast.

Bad lighting but great value

Breakfast ok Room have more lighting, coat rack in room broken, trouble getting the shower to work.
