Motel 6 Eau Claire, WI

Beds were comfortable, the ac remote was awesome, tv worked and water too. Bugs in room, marijyana smell, no hot water when I left, and torn wallpaper minuses but a good value. Staff was helpful.

Room smelled weird.

The room was ok, but the floors were sticky,no shampoo or hair dryer. The entrance doors did not lock, so we did not need our key to get in

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and there was dog hair throughout the hallway. The smell of smoke was noticeable as soon as I walked in. Even worse, there was dog urine on the entryway floor. Loud dogs barking.The drywall near the sink was damaged and torn off. This property needs significant attention to cleanliness and maintenance

A/c worked but not that great. Unit needs 2 b replaced. Outside garbage cans were overflowing.

Worst hotel experience ever. Room was not booked when reservations were made. Paid too much for the room. Headboards missing. 2 very small pillows on beds. Box spring was very brown and stained up. Looked out the window to see about 15 mattresses by the dumpster like there was a history of bedbugs. TV service was terrible. Nothing worked and my 2 year old couldn't even watch a movie. Walked around looking for a worker for the ice machine to keep my son's milk cold since there was no fridge in the room like it said online and couldnt find one. Looked everywhere for a vending machine like it said there was one. Couldnt find one or a worker to help me, Paid over $120 for a nasty room for 1 night when the prices were $59 a night. Worst experience ever!!!

I have stayed here many times now, as it is the least expensive safe hotel in Eau Claire. For those thinking about booking here, here's the skinny. Pros: It's clean (except for glass on outside doors), pets stay free, the staff is good, it's in a great location with lots of walkable restaurants and such, it's right across from the hospital, it has lots of parking, and the AC is fantastic. Cons: it's not the quietest (but not loud), it's a little dilapidated, the hallways tend to have a weedy aroma, and the landscaping leaves something to be desired.

Even though remodeled a lot of things were missed or broken. Especially around in the bathroom

It’s a typical run down just taken care of enough to be open.

Room was clean and remodeled. My room key became demagnetized and it took 20 minutes to track down an employee. Front desk is never manned. You have to call for an employee to come and help you. Trash cans, outside, were overflowing. Room smelled musty. Television kept freezing up.

The bed sheets were nasty.

Such a nice experience to visit there. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.

Only thing was no micowave

Unsecured outer doors. Especially in evenings.

Outdoor trash cans FULL. Updated room however wall paper peeling off bath wall. Air conditioner not working properly. Steps too short and no railings. Felt somewhat unsafe with Old Jaguars & Mercedes Benz and vehicles that have been in collisions recently in parking lot. Excellent Customer Service!

Staff was nice! Helpful with early check in Wash cloth had stains, top toilet bowl appeared to have ashes on the brim, shower head leaked and sprayed on the ceiling and walls in bathroom.

No ice machine. Most motel 6 do not have ice

Location closer to where we need to be Was in the middle of a renovation so a lot of unfinished work that still need to be completed. I am sure it will look good when completed.
