Motel 6 Eau Claire, WI

Such a nice experience to visit there. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.

Only thing was no micowave

Run down smelt like smoke. Appliances were damaged and not cleaned good microwave didn’t close how it should and also had sticky fingerprints. Dirty. Bathroom in our room wasn’t cleaned properly (poop from the previous person who stayed in that room was still on the toilet and seat. Walls were a bit damaged and mirrors were spotty with fingerprints as well.

Unsecured outer doors. Especially in evenings.

I liked the room was clean and the floors were updated and the air conditioner was new and the bed was very comfortable I didn't like that there wasn't a gym and no coffee available or plastic silverware for the food I brought home to eat late

&The staff are decent people and jump to help, exc ept the tall guy. He just said, we can't do any better, you take what you get. The fridges and built in freezers usually do NOT work. One or the other. The owner obviously does not want to spend money getting them to work in all the rooms so the rob the good rooms to put in a fridge in the room that did not work, but they do not know if the replacement will work either, and sometimes it does not. They really do not know what works and what does not and it makes talking the room an experiment. I look foir a different hotel in the future. And the extra 30 mins of over time for check out is not enough.

Outdoor trash cans FULL. Updated room however wall paper peeling off bath wall. Air conditioner not working properly. Steps too short and no railings. Felt somewhat unsafe with Old Jaguars & Mercedes Benz and vehicles that have been in collisions recently in parking lot. Excellent Customer Service!

No ice machine. Most motel 6 do not have ice

Staff was nice! Helpful with early check in Wash cloth had stains, top toilet bowl appeared to have ashes on the brim, shower head leaked and sprayed on the ceiling and walls in bathroom.

Location closer to where we need to be Was in the middle of a renovation so a lot of unfinished work that still need to be completed. I am sure it will look good when completed.

A/c unit could use an update, heater vents need to be clean because there was alot of stain on there from food, even saw a few noodle strain.

How friendly the staff was . Renovations of the rooms was going on at the time of our stay not the property fault but it was a a cause for the facilities to not work correctly.

The room had holes in the walls, unfinished drywall around sink, holes in bed comforters, floor not cleaned, smelled in room and hallway. Our room was on the first floor and could hear every step above us late into the evening and very early morning.

It was close to our event and it was clean The beds pillows are lumpy and not comfortable and the flat sheet does not stay on the beds. The air conditioner did not cool the room down at all.

This Motel 6 (Eau Claire, WI) was significantly less appealing than those I have stayed in in Superior and Ashland. I was rather disappointed. It was less clean and less comfortable. I couldn’t wait to pack up and get on the road in the morning.
