Room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after check in time. Took my vehicle information for the parking garage but forgot to put it in. So I ended up with a $22 parking ticket on top of paying them $7 for parking. They said there was nothing they could do about it.

One of only two hotels in that part of the city. Close to the event we were attending. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel doesn’t cover the entire parking ramp fee, which is less than $10.

Great modern hotel in downtown Eau Claire. Easy parking and check in. The on-site restaurant and cafe are excellent.

The Lismore is in a great location in a downtown section of Eau Claire. Easy walking distance to unique locally owned stores and restaurants. The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful. Great coffee shop and fabulous restaurant located within the hotel as well, Rooftop bar with awesome cocktails, too! The room was very clean, Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Only downside was parking. The only option was parking in a creepy parking ramp which made me nervous and uncomfortable.

Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Coffee- in the room and coffee purchased later in the hotel. I did t care for the bean choice.

There was literally no shower gel or conditioner in the bottles in the shower!!!! 15oz bottles with nothing in them. (Not something I realized until in the shower.... wasn't going to get out and call front desk and wait for them) Disappointed as it should be something that you can rely on to be provided, nope not here! Nothing fancy in the hotel rooms either, paid more than worth in my opinion. (Was good for location to events that is about it)

The restaurant was fabulous. There are 2 restaurant/ bars - both were excellent!

The room looked great. Although the room looked very stylish, the bed is to too low and the bench cushions uncomfortable.

Loved the room, staff remembered us and our preferences, and the restaurant was amazing!
