Unfortunately we were placed in a room next to some permanent residents and had a major roach infestation. Had a horrible sleep due to roaches crawling all over the beds. There was trash everywhere around the property and several overflowing containers. Parking was ok and the front office lady was friendly but that’s about it.

I was comfortable

It was comfortable just need to have people stop putting their trash outside their doors and around the trash bins and stuff like that and really should have some you know some like a beverage machines or snack machines but they don't because the office is closed and nobody can get in there but I mean it was I was comfortable and the front desk was nice I didn't see no bugs and I didn't get bit by anything that's always a plus

This place is clean , at least there are no pets if u know what I mean. Everything else was clean too. Like for instance there was no issues with the mattress such as bed bugs or fleas, which if there was fleas i can actually understand only because I have 2 dogs myself. Everything else in the room was as should be, and I'm sure if you read this that you saw i said I have 2 dogs and they have been great about it. Now I do have the proper documents for my animals because they are registered as ESA animals, once I provided that info they in being America's Best have been great where my dogs are concerned. All in all they have been really good here. I at least have no complaints so far so good . I'll be here for awhile because of circumstances so I'll definitely be checking back in so till then take care and God bless...

Dirty property, many hairs on beds, smoke small everywhere.

But the dead animal stench and the roaches crawling throughout the room were too much. I’ll probably never stay in an America’s Best Value ever. I had reserved 2 nights but had to cancel the last night and went to a different hotel.

Non smoking room but smell all.aeound smoke bed are not comfortable lights not working ac is not in good condition.

Nothing at all I was supposed to stay two night but only ended up staying one night which I would have left a lot sooner if it wasn’t for my son sleeping. This place is infested with roaches badly. We had to take all of our belongings back to the car just so they don’t travel with us. God only know what other stuff they have going on there. The bathroom and shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Smh we had to just get a whole other motel for two more nights without even getting our money back yet or anything like that

The room was cooled off with air conditioning before I arrived I was told by a staff member that I could change my check in day, but when I arrived I was told that I couldn't stay. The staff member called her Boss and got it approved, she was nice but I could tell she was annoyed. The room was disgusting, everything felt damp and when I picked up my bag from the dresser, I noticed the table was wet. The floors are hardwood and just dirty. Black spots all over the floor and the floor felt damp. Then I went in to get a shower and saw my first roach of many that I saw during my stay. Also, I stayed at this hotel so I could attend my Father's Funeral. When I got up to get a shower, the shower wouldn't work. The sink had no water and the toilet would not flush. I went to call the front desk from the phone that is in the room, and the phone would not work. I think its just there for show..? I literally couldn't make this up. It was around 5am when I called the front desk from my phone. I even walked to the front desk but nobody was there. The front lobby was locked so I couldn't figure out anything about the water situation. I believe I deserve a refund for this whole experience. Mostly because I couldn't even get a shower and get ready before my dads service. Its so bad at this Hotel that its almost comical that I paid $80 to sleep in a run down dirty room, and share it with the Local Roaches.
