Bugs in the pullout couch. Stained, dirty old furniture.

Negatives: microwave didn’t work at all. Wallpaper peeling (large amounts) in 10+ areas. Large deteriorating spots on ceiling from water. Every smoke detector in the room was removed, only female end of cord remained (2-3). Did not have sheets at seat for pull out, only blankets in June. Exterior doors did not seem to lock or require keycard late at night. Other issues noticed that didn’t affect me because I didn’t need/want to use them: pool area filled w boxes and closed. Exercise room torn apart. Ceiling holes from water in miscellaneous places. First floor public restoooms not maintained. Men’s wouldn’t flush, women’s only had 1 faucet knob. All in all, price was cheap compared to others in the area and I booked late. I did not expect this degree of neglect from a large hotel brand however.

Break fast room microwave. Said they could not bring one to my room. This made for a very turbulent night for me with very disturbed sleep due to relentes pain .

The hallway smells. Breakfast only had three things. Staff not really friendly. The worst they really need to close that hotel.

Things were good and clean

The Front Desk Staff for check-in is Horrible. They lack basic communication skills and kept telling me to wait 10 more minutes every 10 minutes to get checked into the room. The A/C unit in the room never shut off, so I had to just keep the temperature turned up so that I would not freeze. The Ice machine in the hallway I stayed was out of ice or service, not sure which. Housekeeping never came to my room although I never asked them not to, otherwise I would have put the sign on the door for privacy. The worst part of the whole stay?? NO BREAKFAST!! They advertise that they provide complimentary breakfast?? Well that consisted of just waffles, cereal, or an apple. There was no real breakfast food! No juices were offered. Just Coffee and the cups that they have for the coffee, the lids don't even fit! Lastly, if security is your thing, forget about it, the locks that lead to the individual hallways do not even lock!! Basically anyone is free to come in and out of the building without passing by the reception area to verify if they should even be there!. Overall, I can't even say " You get what you pay for" because I have stayed in plenty of affordable option hotels and never experienced anything remotely close! I was not very pleased with this stay at all!

The upkeep on the place could use some work. They need to replace the curtains in all the rooms, clean up the front entrance and fix the ice machines and some walls. The breakfast needs to be beeter with more variety of foods

The rooms were dirty. The initial room I was in had bugs and a mouse as well as mold on the ceiling in bathroom. Some lights didn’t work and signed was bent and broken. Only 1 ice machine worked and pool was “out of order”. When asked to switch rooms the desk person acted as if I bothered him. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!!!!

The location There was roaches in moving around in the room

The hotel smells really bad and I found mouse traps u see the air conditioner. Paint is peeling off the walls and the carpet in the walk way is very dirty. The staff is great and they are lucky to have them. If they clean this place up and invest in it it would be nice.

The front desk guy was extremely rude. The place was extremely dirty and run down. My air conditioner didn't work. The front desk guy told me he was sold out and they were absolutely not. Had a comment about everything. I ended up leaving. He made no attempts to fix anything and basically laughed and lied to my face. Horrible experience that I would not recommend for anyone.

The location The bed is no the best, the room next door was making a lot of noise.

It ok

Bed was super comfy. My room was quiet. Breakfast was not adequate. Waffles basically which I do not eat. Add some options.

The place had a bad smell. I figured out why when I got to the second floor, there was garbage piled up to the ceiling all day. The floor in the hallway was littered with trash. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work very well so they gave me two fans which led me to believe they knew the air-conditioning sucked and had fans ready on standby.

Nice

The whole place had a musty old smell to it. Sometimes the least expensive isn’t the best way to go.
-
The pool was being re conditioned and was closed. The ice machine was inop. Had to use the 1st floor ice machine.

Breakfast skimpy no pool no fitness room web site should have noted that they were closed probably would’ve picked this hotel

There was a removal sign advertising an indoor pool outside … however once inside there was another sign stating the pool, gym and laundry room were closed .. We also had early tournaments, so we did not even get the complementary breakfast… it seems like it was served later than most hotels . Overall it was a great deal for the money … but if a laundry room to wash a kids’s uniform after day one of a tournament is a selling point .. I would suggest calling to see if it’s open .
