Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Parking has no problem.The room smells dog pee ang the pillow cases and bed sheets had a lot of hair.The room is outdated but it’s okay just really needed good cleaning.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi worked well, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay was provided. I also appreciated how quiet the property was, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient, with restaurants, shopping, and major roads nearby, making it easy to get around. For the price, the value was outstanding. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay at the Red Roof Inn again. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place with excellent customer service, I highly recommend it!

I needed a clean budget priced hotel that accepts pets (Kane, my dog) and that is exactly what I got when I arrived. I only interacted with the staff (when I arrived and departed) and both times were friendly, courteous and professional. What i did t expect but was pleased to see is the cleaning people came i while I was out and straightened up the room. My experience has been budget properties only do this after I've left. Parking was good, plenty of spaces, no one was yelling or screaming outside so I got a good nights rest both nights I stayed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good too. The TV left a little to be desired, the refrigerator was big enough for both my food and my dog's. All-in-all, I was pleased with my accommodations and since I make this trip every other month I will be returning to this property in the future. Any other questions, don't hesitate to call me. Location, cleaniess The look of the grass and the cosmetics of the class needs to be improved

The main draw was it being a larger-dog friendly establishment. They do not have an elevator and all stairs to the second floor are open riser so if you have a skittish pet, be warned. Rooms are updated and serve their purpose. Mostly clean, did have questionable materials splattered on the wall and on the shower curtain, but nothing to warrant a negative review.

The staff was very accommodating, but the room wasn't very clean and they had a problem getting towels. It was certainly a you get what you pay for location.

It was fine for a quick 1 night stay, but next time I’ll pay a little more to stay at a nicer place.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Room was clean, but the bathroom floor needed attention. Area didn’t feel very safe, there was police activity in the parking lot one evening. Dogs barking periodically during the night. It was rather pricey for what we got.

No breakfast, sign was hidden behind trees. When we had a problem with the room, the maintenance person fixed it or gave us a new room. Cleaning staff was very good Sign for red roof could be better located to see hotel at the corner.

The room was very old, sheets had stains on it, pillowcases were dirty, the shower was dirty, bathroom was dirty, the sink was clogged so I couldn’t spit in the sink until the water went down. Only good thing is was I felt like it was a safe place even though the lock was broken.

It was homey, quiet, and comfortable. We appreciated the microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board. A few stray hairs on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the place was clean.
