La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bel Air/I-95 Exit 77A

Breakfast area was well stocked on first day. Poor on the second day. No staff around for 30 minutes

Unfortunately the room we stayed in was extremely warm. When spoken to the front desk they mentioned given the 100° weather the AC was being over used by everyone so it couldn’t work to its full capacity. That made the stay very uncomfortable. Being that the weather was tremendously humid outside, coming into our room which matched the temperature outside was disappointing. The cleanliness wasn’t its best either, stains on the wall, water pressure for the shower wasn’t that great. The vending machine on the third floor did not work. Breakfast was subpar, coffee was terrible, stains in the shower, wood chipped in the bathroom. Would not recommend anyone to stay here, and would not return.

Needs a slight upgrade, and they have to do something a out all the ants that come in the rooms. Ants were crawling all over the place.

The AC in the room was very sub par.

It was very relaxing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was OK. A lot of people got there before me so it wasn’t much left. Go early. I would stay here again.

Everything was clean. You could just tell it was in desperate need of updating.

This place is convenient to Copperplex. That is the nicest thing to say. It is hidden behind other hotels not visible from the road. The room was not clean. The sink was cracked and glued together. The sheets were gritty. The pullout couch was broken. The noise level was very loud, and you can hear other peoples conversations and bathroom tendencies. Do not recommend it.

It was an ok property, could use more cleaning.

It’s just okay. The king bed room we were in is looking a little tired and old. It’s due for a refresh. We had no water in the morning. Just able to brush our teeth. They said it was a water main break nearby. It was a Saturday night, so fairly expensive.

Air conditioner worked occasionally, room was uncomfortably warm frequently. Light fixture over bathroom sink also worked occasionally. Missing hardware on cabinet door. Faucet in bathtub constantly dripped and mold was growing in grout under soap holder. Ants and bugs in room. Overall a very poor experience, would not stay again.

I loved the size of my room and how clean it was. My son could run around while I’m relaxing and still had enough room to not get into each others way. I wish I would have stayed another night or 2 if I knew we were getting a room for a few more nights . The pull out couch looked alittle dirty and the floor could have been swept end and mopped alittle more and dusted but other then that it was great!

It is fantastic place, clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and cooperative .

This was such an amazing experience. My mother had a stroke last year and this was her first extended trip since then, the staff was so nice and accommodating and the room made things so easy and comfortable for her. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.
