Dated facility. Dirty sheets, cracked sink. Room felt like a dungeon. Hobos hanging out in parking area. Very disappointed. I’ve stayed at other la quinta hotels that were very nice. Not this one unfortunately!

Hotel was clean - dated and needs maintenance in the main building areas and elevator. Parking lot attracted lots of colorful people. Breakfast was ok - nothing special.

The room in the bed itself for clean and nice the bathroom door did have a hole in it almost looks like someone punched it. Check in and check out word easy and stuff was friendly. The only unsettling part of the stay would have to be the elevator that struggle to make it to the second floor and was making some very odd noises and motions.

It was terrible, I want a refund or a discount because their elevators weren’t working and my mother in law had to walk up 3 floors of stairs .

GREAT STAY
-
The room was cleaned and organized. The breakfast was super good! Check in and check out was a breeze. The location looks unsafe at first because it is behind the other hotels, and the lobby is dimly lit. BUT upon our stay, we felt really safe. We had a great one night stay. Thank you for having us! Overall rating 9/10.

The hotel was serviceable for our needs, but the biggest detractor for us was the mold on the curtains above the AC.

Ok pour le prix payé et pour une nuit sans plus.

Great place to stay
-
A good hotel for a good price, but building is hidden behind other hotels on a little access road with a terrible small sign that is not illuminated and hard to see at night.

This time we arrived early and though the hotel was empty with clean rooms were charged a $25 early check in fee even though the rate this weekend was easily 3x the usual rate!!! The room we checked in to the A/C did not work and when we returned later that even to discover this, we had to move rooms which we luckily were able to do, otherwise the room would have been un-sleepable. The following day we returned to ants in the room, by the window side nightstand, crawling on my arm while sitting at the desk working, and again the next morning on the bath mat when I stepped out of the shower. Also, there is no longer water or tea available in the breakfast area later in the day. You used to be able to get cold or hot water but that amenity is gone. Needless to say we will NO longer be staying at La Quinta.

Air conditioner was week. Old shower towels, old worn out window curtains, price was above the normal for the type of room. Customer service was excellent, great breakfast.

Attempted to make us sleep in crime scene level blood. Reported it to staff and was told nothing was available and he shrugged his shoulders and attempted to go about his night. Upon contacting Hotels.com he refused to look at murder level blood stains on mattress in order to confirm. As a U.S. Marine I haven’t seen such horrors since I left Iraq in 2009. As Hotels.com had me on hold. Multiple species of insect emerged from hiding in room and began to crawl where I would have been sleeping if not for detecting the murder levels of blood and turning the lights on. Had to flee in the night for my safety like I was escaping Soviet Russia as the desk attended stood powerless and refused refund. If you like insects and are a fan of true crime this is the perfect hotel for you because they offer a 3 dimensional experience with both. Would not recommend otherwise.

I mean, if the room was $50 a night maybe. $400? Absolutely not. The hotel smells. A smell that doesn't go away. Mold, mildew, pet, I don't know. The hotel is really outdated. From the 1980s outdated. It feels rundown. And, again, $50 a night, sure. Definitely not worth anything they are trying to charge you.

I will never stay at a La Quinta again. We found a moldy washcloth in the cabinet where the refrigerator was. We had people on the other side of us who had small children jumping, yelling, and pounding on walls until 3am. We called the front desk about the noise and nothing was done. Overall a terrible experience.

The hotel is not bad, wasn’t dirty but you can tell it hasn’t been upgraded in at least 10 years place is kinda smelly (maybe the air ducts?) place is not bad just outdated.

Overpriced, Nearly $500 for 2 nights. Beds were horrible, cheap sheets and blankets, we didn't sleep much either night. Our TV didn't work and the front desk had to come up twice to fix it, and finally just left us an extra remote? Tub was cracked and faucet leaked, low to the groud toliet that sounded like a plane taking off when flushing. A/C was old and noisy and it seemed like there was no a/c in the hallways. The room didn't seem to get that cool even though the A/C was set to lowest setting. Breakfast was OK, and the location was convenient for our trip. Huge potholes in the parking lot, I guess I just expected a little more for the price. Back to Airbnb's I guess.

Room was pretty clean. A/C could of worked a little better. Breakfast was good, but not stocked often, ran out sausage & eggs, low selection of yogurt. No dog poo bags in dog poo bag container, but had trash receptacles for your own. Some people did not clean up after their pet. Some people had issues with elevator, our room was on 1st floor. No guide for TV channels, not a very large selection, wasnt able to use any of our subscription accounts either. Their contract had expired. Rain had electricity & cable flickering on/off for bit. The wall outlet the lamp between our beds was plugged into blew. Just plugged lamp into outlet on plug to alarm clock. No fan in bathroom. Hairdryer screws coming out of wall. Beds and pillows comfortable. Freezer covered with ice, but functional. Check in/out was easy & quick. Saw out of order signs on at least 1 machine in gym area. Looked to have a nice work station setup. No pool. No reading/information on local restaurants, attractions, etc., like you find in most hotels. Worth the nightly fee of $80 a night, no additional pet fee, and free breakfast.
