I liked the location and the friendly staff. They do need to fix the ice machine on the third floor. I was there for 5 nights, and it never did work. I had to go down to the third floor. The ice machine on the top floor didn't work. I had to go down one floor each of the 5 days I was there. It needs to be fixed.

Yes. I’ve stayed there before. Rowdy guests. Although this is not the staff’s fault. Baseball teams were also staying there. Children were running around.

The property was in excellent condition,room was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast items were routine at best, waffles were good, but you had to wait a long time to make them when it was crowded - only 2 waffle makers, It would be great to have a microwave in the eating area and some microwave options, particularly more healthy choices. The room was comfortable and quiet, and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The TV in the room was tricky to operate and not a smart TV. It would be great to use my Netflix account while at the hotel. Rumor has it they are changing to smart TVs in the fall. Breakfast items need variety - same eggs, potatoes etc every day.

Everyone was very friendly from the beginning to end. The cleaning staff I stopped for extra towels once and they handed them right over with no problems. The front desk even texts you to check in and see how everything is going or if you need anything. We will definitely stay here again

There were a large number of guests congregated in the reception late into the night and they were extremely loud. I made two trips out to the front desk to voice complaints and was told that the group had been asked multiple times to return to their rooms and that was pretty much all that they could do. This group of people congregated until 1 AM. I was there on a work trip so only got about four hours of sleep as I had to be up early the next morning. Overall, pretty upset at how the situation was handled.

Breakfast was the standard offerings with nothing negative to mention, coffee was the best. Lots of restaurants to choose from within a short drive. 15 minute drive to the Cedar Lane Regonal Sports Field.
