The rooms were very dusty and dirty. It seened the sheets were not changed after the prior user. There was hair on the sheets and bed. Hair could even be found in the shower showing that the eoom was not cleaned after the previous user. The pool was same. I could see bugs on the wated surface. I do not think the hotel management had the interest of guest at heart. House keepers could not say a word in English.

The hotel was old and run down. The room was dirty. There were stains on the bath towel and hair. There was dirt on the floor. The drawers were all water damaged on the inside. The non-smoking room smelled like old smoke. The staff were not helpful at all. It was like being at a dirty truck stop.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel ever again! The pull out bed in the couch was dirty and gross, the floors in the room were gross, and it smelled horrible.

More flexibility for canceling especially during power outrages in the community. We had to get a room because of the storm not sure of when the lights would be back on. They were on a day ahead of time but they wouldn't refund the extra day because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they said speak with property manager which I did and this because a pass the buck problem....needless to say we just kept our card key for the 2 rooms and went home an returned the keys the next day so the rooms couldn't be booked.

Good enough to stay until the utility company repaired the powerlines

Good enough to hold us over until the utility company fixed the powerlines.

My Room Key was on the floor, #117 maybe. Upon returning to the hotel you can see drug deals & shady stuff next to the hotel main entrance. I was scared to go to my room. After hotel employee walked me to my room, it had a foul smell, door locks didn’t give you a strong feeling. I walked out of room and told hotel rep to refund 1-night since I was charged $78/night. This occurred on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

    Breakfast was a nice feature

The hotel was not very well kept. The air-conditioning in our room did not work and the bathroom door was completely stuck. We’re not really picky. People we can deal with most things but getting trapped in the bathroom is kind of a bummer. The staff basically said to us that the hotel is poorly maintained, and that we should just check out. We stayed here because it was on the list of hotels for a tournament we were at. Yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is need of some overall TLC. The doors from the bedroom to the living area did not close so we had to put a chair in front of them. There was lose tile in the bathroom, the dresser drawers didn’t stay closed. The pool itself was clean but the common bathroom in the pool area was a mess.

This hotel was definitely not what was advised and rated at. The property was not well maintained, Ice machines were broken, the breakfast was not worth eating. The rooms were not very clean. We got woken up at 12 am, 130 am and 3 am from people hollering and talking very loudly in the hallway. There was fighting in the hallway while we were trying to sleep. Definitely very unhappy for the amount of money we paid to stay there.

Our room had a bag over the smoke detector (health and safety violation), the sink in the bathroom was backed up and drained really slowly, there were leftover bottle caps from people before us, the cups with the ice bucket were not individually wrapped (sanitary concern), the mattresses were covered in stains, and the overall cleanliness was poor. They had the desk propped in one corner with folded cardboard too. For breakfast they had no knives to cut anything out spread butter etc, they had very limited choices and there were ants near the microwave along with more uncleanliness. The overall hotel was in poor condition and had markings, chipped paint and Sheetrock all over the place with broken chunks as well. The people at the desk spoke very broken English so communication was difficult. The outside of the hotel wasn’t any better with cups and trash everywhere. After checking out we asked for a refund due to all of the issues and they said no because we had already checked out. For almost $200/night I’m very upset with the experience.

Horrible 30 mins experience. Get a real hotel. This one is dirty.

We stayed here because it was right around the corner from our home. We had been impacted by a bad storm and was without electric. Our room was not available and unable to get into our room until after 7pm when we checked in at 530pm. The ice machine was leaking water all over the floor making a safety issue. The cleaning crew would stare at you as you walked into your room. The second day in the hotel while I was at work my daughter was there alone and the Do NOT disturb sign was taken off out door and staff tired getting into the room multiply times. We couldn't even use the pool because there was stuff floating at the top and random kids coming into the hotel using the pool. The hotel is in need of an update. Had damaged walls and the elevator would drop when you got to the 3rd floor every time. The bed was hard and not easy to sleep in. The AC in our room would change on its own from 60-75 and also leaked on the floor. Our fridge did not work correctly. The internet was horrible. We couldn't even use our PS5 or stream off our laptop. They advised people no smoking but didnt enforce it. As you walk out of the door you get smacked with cig smoke.
