Short on workers had to make requests for everything

I liked the staff, great location, very clean with a good breakfast. I wanted to change my booked Tues room for Thursday but because I had booked through a 3rd party she couldn’t do it. I’m a Hilton Honors member and didn’t get any help,so I ended up paying over 340.00 for non refundable and paid another extra night.

needs 2ply toilet paper!!! it was rough and flimsy! is this Hilton's new level? Also despite calling ahead. we did not get a room with two beds. Staff was mixed. 50% were cheerful and friendly, 35% indifferent and 15% somewhat surly.
-
The staff was not friendly or properly trained. We stayed 3 night and no house keeping. I will never stay or recommend this hotel.

The only thing that we don’t like are the people above us, we can hear all their footsteps and they start around 3am till 7am, I didn’t sleep well because of that.
