Homewood Suites by Hilton Edina Minneapolis

I've stayed here often since it opened in 2018 and so have seen it wear down a bit. The room cleanliness at check-in was "meh". They need to cull some of the bedding. Many sheets are durably stained. We got replacements from the front desk promptly. The housekeeping services are "fine" when you can book them. We were there for a full week (an "extended stay"). Mid-week, I dutifully requested a cleaning the day before per protocol, but we were left off the schedule, and I had to nag them. The bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner bulk pump bottles were empty and I had to help myself from the housekeeping carts. Take that as an indicator of their thoroughness. The pool is murky at best, especially considering how little it's used. A bit of pump/filter maintenance is likely required. We turned back. The included breakfast was... consistent. Yes, this is a backhanded way of saying every weekday was the same spread of chicken breakfast tacos and other staples. And yes, this is my first-ever complaint about tacos.

Great hot breakfast each morning!

We are a family of 8 and stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Very clean and spacious. The room was equipped with a kitchen, dishes and utensils. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was spectacular with many options.

Just not well equipped. Location is great staff is good. But kitchen was not great and cleaning team was late or didn’t come at all.

Nice to have a suite rather than just a bed in a room. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The property is comfortable and was well located for our needs. A nice added feature was the proximity of two Malls and Restaurants within walking distance. We were disappointed that we didn’t have daily housekeeping.

A few extra charges like parking but it was ok. Building is very nice but it’s dated and needs an update. Nice people though

Everything was great. Staff was friendly, place was clean, beds were very comfortable. FYI There is a $5 parking fee which is nothing compared to others.
