The large three bed suite was exactly what we needed. A great stay.

Excellent place to stay! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was spotless. The staff was very helpful. This Hotel was the kind of place you would hope to find every night your traveling. The breakfast was good, the serving, and seating are was clean. Everything was clean!

Staff were welcoming and friendly. We used the pull out bed and needed a pillow so the staff got one for us. Breakfast had items they needed refilled and taste was fair. Price paid for small room seemed excessive.

We had an excellent stay at the Fairfield in Effingham. The rooms were immaculate and recently updated, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. The location was convenient, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience.

My husband became ill during the night and we needed to stay a second night. The staff made every effort to make us both comfortable, cleaning the room immediately and directing us to the nearest urgent care and pharmacy. And they were pleasant throughout!

Close to highway and our favorite restaurant, and breakfast is always varied and well done.

The room was very clean, hotel was in a good location and very walkable to the Firefly Grill - an excellent restaurant. They are also pet friendly and the pet charge of $25 was very reasonable.

Stayed on third floor. Looks like hallway was just updated-brand new condition. Room was very nice; king bed comfortable. Lobby/common area big and looks new. Lots of parking and close enough to I-57 but not too close for noise.
