Great location 1. Absolutely no parking Friday night. 2. Room not cleaned two consecutive days. 3. Refrigerator froze our drinks.

I was not happy with the property the room was dirty. The outside was very noisy and dirty and a lot of homeless roaming around.

I guess that's how much cost in san diego is. It's CA‍♀️.

All good all clean, elegant, a tall ceiling in the front lobby. Breakfast was good. Didn’t see hot sauce when I grabbed breakfast

I never complain, but this time there weren't enough towels for three people, the toilet bowl was loose, and we stayed for two nights but the room wasn't cleaned the next day.

We changed rooms after the first 2 days because the A/C wasn’t working well, the room smelled like greasy body, there were ants in the bathroom and the door knob to the room was falling off. The 2nd room was better, but the bathroom had dirty smears on the floor and there were hairs on the floor and walls of the shower, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. I decided to get a washcloth wet and clean the bathroom floor so I wasn’t grossed out. They definitely need cleaning lessons for the whole property. The tile on the main floor needed mopping also. Lots of dirty smears and sticky spots.

Staff was great

We got stuck on the elevator for an hour. Never heard from a staff member. Also came back to the room with a bug in the room

Everything was great!! Only downfall was the traffic congestion with the In and Out next door!
