Chase Suite Hotel El Paso

The Expedia page stated that housekeeping service was daily, but upon arrival, we were told it was an extended-stay hotel that didn't offer that service—especially not on weekends. If we needed anything—like towels, toilet paper, or coffee—we had to go to the front desk to get it ourselves. The breakfast lacked variety; there were very few yogurts (only about two) and limited options. Two stove burners weren't working; apart from that, the pool was clean and the bedding was very good.

Good size rooms, good beds and convenient location to other venues for dining. Easy location near airport, quiet also.

We had a short stay in El Paso en route to Austin. We found this hotel and based off the pics it looked nice enough for us to stay overnight. It’s really convenient right off the 10 fwy. No complaints, it was a great stay. There’s a lot of food options nearby. It’s located right by the airport.

I loved that the property was pet friendly

The room its self was good but the ability to unload close to the room you are staying in can be very difficult depending on the location of the building to the parking lot. Was not notified that a downstaris room was not available until we checked in, thankfully my handicaped mother happened to not be with us.

The stay was great! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and loved the 2nd floor! That was a pleasant surprise! So if you have a large family or kids this is a great place to stay.

It is our favorite hotel to stay. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is welcoming, helpful and working with a smile. They have 2 swimmingpools and a hot tub. They could lower a bit the hot temperature in tub. It was way too hot it can burned the skin. But in past stays its been a perfect temp. This visit i was not able to enjoy hot tub but iam sure they will work on it. Overall this is my place to stay always. Everything is close by. Thank you Chase and staff for making it a great stay🤗

Staff was very helpful, room was clean but the fridge was making a loud noise all the time and was annoying, not sure if the a/c was working properly but the room was very hot and humid. Other than that everything was good.

Nice kitchen area & large bathroom. Our shower leaked but told staff and was fixed promptly. The breakfast was more of a snack bar. The amenities could be upgraded. Expired creamer (powder) sugar, etc. Decent stay for decent price.
