Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport

It's a very old Radisson hotel. Looks very old and used. There are many more up to date hotels in El Paso than Radisson

Anyway, in the room, there were 3 tissues in the tissue box and a 1/5 roll of toilet paper with no replacement rolls. The hotel provided individual samples of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The hotels get a ZERO RATING for sustainability!!! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is very old. Our room SMELLED like old people. It was bad! The air conditioning does not work, room was hot a night. They booked us on the side where they have parties and banquets. Someone held a party Saturday night and we could hear it all the way up to the 4th floor through the walls and floors! Will not stay here again. Room is dark and depressing.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were awesome You have to buy breakfast in their cafe or order room service through a delivery service

This property is beautiful! Although we only spent one night there, we were very comfortable and slept great! The layout can be a challenge but it was a good night stay! The front man that checked us in could use a lesson in communication but it all can’t be perfect!

I booked a getaway from home to enjoy a summer day at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel for the spa and location. Upon arriving the spa was under maintenance and not able to use. The whole time I thought I’d be able to relax while my kids could swim and unfortunately I was not able to. Lastly, in the morning our lights went out early morning. We were not able to shower or get ready upon leaving. We did not hear anything from the staff for apologies. Our family night now was not successful. This management needs some help. The cherry on top was also upon check in the young lady was not pleasant.

Everything was great! Enjoyed the pool, our room was great, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning! The hotel was convenient to everything.The employees were awesome and knowledgeable. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a nice stay !

We did not receive included breakfasts during stay. That surprised us. They did give us 20% discount as Expedia members. Think Expedia should consider changing policy with Radisson.

I like the gyms form the hotel . Everything bad service we didn’t they checked in till 3:am and no breakfast was able to be served and room was dirty sheets where stained with blood just bad experience
