Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport

Great stay.

The people at the Raddison do a great job of keeping the property and rooms looking nice. That are also very friendly.

We won’t be staying here again, and after this trip, I won’t be recommending it to others. There are too many options with better prices and far better amenities.

Tried to check in 1 hour early, but room not ready. Room not ready till 3:30 pm. Got to room and AC not working. I left for an hour and came back, ac working now. Next morning Ac out again. Now they’re making me me move rooms. An upgrade. Checked out 3 days later and they charged $527 on my credit card. I had already paid on Hotels.com. Not too happy about that!

Clean room , took a bit for room service but Martha made it happen . Was quiet on vip floor . Could’ve had more options for breakfast tho .

I think the place could be better if there pool area inside we're for adult only after 8pm cause of the screaming echos other than that it was a nice place to stay

Everything was great

Our fridge didn’t work and that was something we really needed as we have small children who need milk throughout our travels. Also the smoke detector had a plastic bag over it? Not sure what that was about. We booked a room with a pull out couch but had to wait until after midnight to have bedding brought to our room. Small issues but overall we did enjoy our stay

Second time staying at this hotel and always very clean and the food at the restaurant very good

My husband, my pets and I stayed there on the Fourth of July. I live in El Paso, when me and my husband wanna getaway, We always book a room here,This is a must stay if you visit our city.

It's a very old Radisson hotel. Looks very old and used. There are many more up to date hotels in El Paso than Radisson

Anyway, in the room, there were 3 tissues in the tissue box and a 1/5 roll of toilet paper with no replacement rolls. The hotel provided individual samples of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The hotels get a ZERO RATING for sustainability!!! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The Radisson is a great hotel, clean close to the airport. Helpful staff.
