Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel & Waterpark

Location, clean I could not control the thermostat.

Clean and convenient hotel right next to the El Paso airport.

The room was a little worn but bed was good

Honor original booking of pool side room. Exterior doors out of order. But they had great out door areas, pool and hot tub were open and nice. Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel itself was dated.

We always stay here, when traeling. Very convienant to the airport. Staff is wonderful

It was very convenient from the airport to walk to and from also we had a shuttle that took us, which is really great cause my mother is handicap Well, there was really nothing to say bad about it. I like the property. I really loved it. It was nice. The only thing is when we first checked in .The room smelt like cigarette smoke and it says that it was smoke free. I don’t know maybe one of the guest or an employee was smoking or it just came in from the vents. I’m not sure. But we opened the sliding door to get rid of the smell.

room was clean, spacious and had basic amenities.

Great shuttle service to and from airport. We also left our car at the hotel while we traveled which was easier than than airport parking.

Clean room and good breakfast

I recently stayed for my son‘s phase 2 military graduation. It was very close to the airport, which was convenient for traveling in and out of El Paso. The king size suite, my grandson and I stayed in, was rather outdated. Yet, clean and fit the needs well for our 5 day stay. The front desk staff, as well as, the other members of the hotel were kind and pleasant to be around. The main lobby was decorated festively for the Halloween season. The pool area was nice. However, the slide was closed down.

The motel is older so things are not upgraded. Only 1 elevator worked and it was very jerky when it stopped or started. The room was clean, the bed soft, but the bathroom was in need of a major upgrade, the shower beat me up, but the water pressure was good, lol. Some of the staff seemed bothered to be there, not very talkative and friendly. The breakfast is a same old, same old breakfast, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal and juice. I usually like to stay at the Hampton suites. But this motel was $160 for 3 nights cheaper and someone else was paying so there you go.

Dirty common areas and private rooms. Musty smell throughout. Staff didn’t clean my room until I requested. Cheap but sub par.
