Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

The suite on the 1st floor did not have hot water after the front desk was notified. The A/C barely cooled the room. Granted that the room was bigger than your usual rooms. Those would be my only complaints about the room there, otherwise everything lined up nicely given the price.

The pool area was exceptionally clean but does need some shaded areas. Breakfast items were limited.

This was terrible, when it is 110° outside and the AC inside is not working it was devastating. I couldn’t even sleep at night. Once the front desk attendant was told about that, she just told me to change the settings and nothing ever happened. I would’ve appreciated another room, but it was not offered.

The bathroom area was dirty, they left used hand soap on the shower.

Excellent location! Very close to the airport as well as many other amenities. Competitive pricing, coming in as a better value than most of the competitors in the area. Offered personal care products such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion, while appreciated, are difficult to operate with only one hand as they are in squeeze bottles vs pump containers. My wife has cerebral palsy and has to hold onto the bar inside the tub while showering so she only has one hand free at a time which makes the squeeze type bottles next to impossible for her to use without assistance.

Conveniently located to the airport

Although the property was clean and the rooms were quiet, the bathtub was slippery. Better to use a towel on the floor of the tub to avoid slipping.

The woman at the front desk was very serious and came across as unfriendly. As the first person guests interact with upon arrival, I believe the front desk representative should provide welcoming, professional, and friendly customer service. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the greeting we received did not make us feel valued or welcomed as guests. A warmer and more approachable attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
