Good

The hotel is fairly new and 6 minutes away from LAX, therefore very convenient. Some things I did not like, the man at the front desk was extremely slow checking us in, 12 minutes. He didn’t mention that the guests must request the service to clean the room, so on the second and last day of our stay we left the room at 9:30 in the morning to do several things and when we came back at 10:30 in the evening we didn’t have clean towels, the trash cans were dirty and the bed was not done. Very bad service of the housekeeping department that only change the towels. Not happy

My second time staying here and each time has been worse than the last

Parking is very expensive; I was charged twice for the same stay *double billed).

Underwhelming amenities

Room was clean but could use some touching up. Vanity countertop in the bathroom was cracked and a few scratches on wood finishing near desk. Overall clean room, friendly and helpful staff, as well as a nice rooftop restaurant. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location worked perfectly for us as it was close to the airport and we were doing several day trips outside LA. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooftop restaurant was really good. Would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re planning to explore outside LA as well The only downside was the location if you’re planning to spend most of your time in Malibu or some of the nicer areas of LA, as they were around a 40-minute drive away. That said, the good value and proximity to the airport made up for it for us

Great overall experience. I wish they had a pool. Always my place to stay.

I spoke too Connor in front desk, very nice guy who helped me check in very understanding and helpful. I also spoke too general manager Andrew who helped us out as well, positive attitude and awesome guy.

The people were nice enough. The parking is a bit expensive. There is some street parking but it says 3 hour limit. Keep in mind that El Segundo is a ghost town over the weekend. Most nearby restaurants close the onsite restaurants are ok. Mostly lounges with OK food. They did not clean our room the first night so I am not sure if you need to make that clear when you check in. It was not mentioned by the staff when we checked in.
