1 2 3 the atmosphere was very laid back and quiet. Very contemporary and clean. I wasn't with how equipped there fitness room was however it was kind of small room. I was disappointed with the breakfast options.

Bathroom wasn’t clean

Quick and easy check in. Decent bar in the lobby and ease of access for dinner.

There is an exhorbanant parking fee per night to park that is not disclosed when making a reservation.

The room clearly had a “No Marijuana” sign, yet the moment my children and I walked in, we were overwhelmed by a strong marijuana odor. It was unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to have a no-marijuana policy. I called the front desk immediately, but they said there were no other rooms available. Their only solution was to send someone to spray the room, which did nothing to eliminate the smell. On top of that, be prepared to pay $35 per night for parking. The room itself was old, outdated, and had a musty smell. We also booked a room with a sofa bed, but we were not given the room type we reserved. Between the marijuana smell, the poor condition of the room, the extra parking fee, and not receiving the room we paid for, this stay was incredibly disappointing. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with children

Clean room

Great location near LAX with shuttle service airport but a little confusing on pickup after arriving with two different Sonesta locations and two different shuttle services. Should be more specific on pickup shuttle details on arrive to keep from ending up at the wrong site.

Staff was fabulous

Besides that, all was comfortable. I would stay here again if I had to, but I would avoid otherwise. Parking is paid to ProPark using the QR code posted around the parking lot.

The only thing I have a problem with is the charging for parking. After spending almost 400 for a 2 night stay, and then having to turn around and pay another $75 for the overnight parking to me is just pure greed! This will be my last time staying at this property because there are places that are just as nice and nicer that doesn’t charge for parking

Enjoyed staying at the Sonesta... our room wasn't ready until several hours past check-in, which was a problem but the front desk lady referred us to a really nice restaurant rock and brew which we really enjoyed so that helped the bartender at the bar in the hotel was extremely nice all in all. It was a good experience just a couple things were out of line.

If you need a ride to the airport in the night, the shuttle start a 5:30am

The facility was certainly showing age. The bottom sheet on our bed had a hole it. We did not seem to find a microwave. The sofa was not comfortable. The transportation to the LAX was fine. Our flight was too early for breakfast and they did not offer an early departure box as many others we have stayed in do.

Great place for a stay near the airport. Wonderful night auditor who was a big help during a late check in.
