The Hotel was close to the Airport. The gentleman that checked me in was nice but other staff members not so much. The hotel was a bit pricey for breakfast not to be included. Parking was $35 a night way too much. Staff members didn't appear to know much about the bus that shuttled to the Airport.

It was close to the Airport. I almost missed my flight. Two shuttle busses arrived. For the amount of people the large shuttle bus should have taken us to the Airport but he acted like he didn't want to. Instead the small shuttle bus driver took us but he had to leave half the people waiting. They make you sign a sheet so they know how many people need transportation. The driver of the big shuttle bus came out and told our bus driver I will help you out. Our luggage was put on the small shuttle but taken off by the driver of the big shuttle bus. I got to the airport and my luggage was on the big shuttle bus. I was at terminal 1and the big shuttle bus with my luggage was at terminal 7. Our shuttle bus driver called and asked if he would bring our luggage to terminal 1, instead he took it back to the hotel. Our driver had to call his Superior and have him bring the luggage of myself and a couple that was on my bus to us. He got there relatively quick. My flight boarded at 6:30 and when I got to my gate they were boarding. I had a carry on that's the only reason I made my flight. The couple had luggage that had to be checked in. I hope they made their flight. People who scheduled 5:30 shuttle busses have early flights. My experience was totally unacceptable. I will never stay at Sonesta again.

Charging for parking g that was expensive considering self park. Should have been included. Won’t visit again. Too much pinesol smell.

It is Ok

Overall, I really enjoyed staying in this place. It was overall clean very comfortable bed large room with adjoining area with a coffee bar. The food was also very good even though it was just a small area where you could order a few items, but the food was tasty and not overly expensive. The shuttle was right there when it was requested so overall my stay was excellent.

The location Paid $75 for parking for 2 days … my pull out bed had DIRTY spots !!! I don’t know what stains were on the mattress we couldn’t even sleep on it . :(

Overall, it needs to be made more clear that parking is not included. And is $35 extra per night just to park. Also, it says breakfast is available, bit does not indicate that it is also paid. Just overall some deceptive wording that is not appreciated.

Only they need to re carpet as they were getting past there use bye date other wise a nice hotel

The young man at the front desk was very personable and professional I Love this facility I always stay here when I go to Los Angeles the property is in a quiet location and in walking distance to food and other things, however this time my room was uncleanly I had to call the front desk to come and clean my bathroom especially the bathtub and the second room that I stayed in because I had two reservations for a family member I was attending a funeral had some kind of old dried up chocolate milk or something spilled on the telephone in the room that was disgusting. I have never experienced that at the Sonesta and I have been staying here repeatedly since 2024

Bed I had was very uncomfortable. Most hotels in Los Angeles are a bit dated. This one wasn’t any different.

Check in was wonderful. Our room was clean. Check elevator seems slow on close the door it seems old.Overall it’s a nice property only 1 night .

The hotel is very clean, super quiet, great location to the LAX, and prompt shuttle service.

Easy check in easy check out all the staff was so nice
