The shuttle was great. . Came on time.

The staff was exceptional.

Clean room, friendly staff no complaints about that. But an under-staffed check in counter caused check in to take too much time. The lobby did have a peculiar smell. The only other point ... the nightly $35 parking fee does seem a bit aggressive .... finally, the nightly "City TOT" 12% tax atop everything else seems abusive.

Needed more amenities in bathroom

I’ve stayed at so many hotels before and I’ve never jumped into a single pool is the first time I went into their pool amazing there was a Band-Aid in the bottom of the pool but oh well :)

Clean room and staff really nice sad that parking wasn’t included

Nice layout. Lots of space. Big rooms. Clean. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!!!! The food at the bar was terrible and the drinks were super expensive. But the bartender was amazing and the front desk people were awesome.

Well organised place with best location

Due to the heatwave my flight was delayed and thankfully a hotel was provided for. The staff were not only friendly but also hospitable, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. My stay was also extended and I was asked if I needed anything. Hot tea was provided and the Manager helped me as well. Great staff and the room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend.

Good hotel for the price. Location close to supermarket and good shuttle service to airport

A/C in the room was so loud that it sounded like a lawnmower inside our room. There was also a smell all throughout the room and property. It had a lower rate for a stay, but you really get what you pay for.

The assigned wasn’t cleaned. Room had a foul smell from poop in toilet.

Very reasonable price for a hotel near LAX. The free airport shuttle was a big plus. The shuttle driver as well the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Was really disappointed by discovering that our hotel bed had clearly not been serviced since the prior guest. There were blood stains that had soaked into the mattress protector and the paltry waiver of $35 off our bill was not appropriate given the biohazard and that before we saw the blood my 3 year old was in the bed. Management was absolutely unresponsive and did seem to grasp how disgusting this experience was. We got very little sleep and were left with an unacceptable experience.

I did not call the front desk for help with getting online because it was after midnight and I'd just traveled 2 days and was exhausted at the moment. The place was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. We slept well.

Having stayed at this hotel multiple times (approximately 25 nights in 5 years) I can honestly say the latest change removes it from my default list. The pay for parking was always suspect, and has steadily gone up, but now that it's been outsourced to a third party requiring the guest to click a QR code and manage it SUCKS! Not only is it $35 a day, plus a 7% fee and a $0.30 transaction charge, a open spot isn't guaranteed. (In town during World Cup, unfortunately.) It seems their core business is lazy profiteering from parking and less on making guests stay easy and hassle free. The property is tired and not changed in the 5 years. Too bad I've bookended my trip (prepaid) staying at this parking lot with a hotel attached or I would not, and will NOT, stay here again.

Exactly what I needed for an early flight out of LAX. Shuttle was appreciated

I stayed here for two nights. The staff was friendly the hotel was at a good location very quiet and clean area. I loved the lobby with a nice bar and the area to relax sit on the couch and unwind and play table games. I thought that was pretty nice. I’ll be staying here again if I travel to LA again.

The Starbucks didn’t open until 7am - which was pointless , the front desk wasn’t very overly generous but for some reason the bar tender was … instead of taking the trash out In The lobby (which was overflowing) the front desk lady texted instead . Rooms were okay , leftover light smells … it wasn’t the Hilton / or the ritz Carlton … that’s for sure but it got the job done . And for the price 200 a night …. Absolutely could’ve been better
