Quick and easy check in. Nice staff,

Close to LAX but location was quiet and uncongested. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

my room was really hot and we couldn’t fix the issues.

No complaints. I did not notice any noise from the nearby train. The staff was nice and helpful.

Good and clean place

To our surprise, we had to pay for parking even though we were paying for the hotel room already. The room that we got there was no air extractor in the restroom and every single time we would open up the shower a really bad smell would come out. Went down to try to wash clothes and one of the machines was out of order. Just inconvenient. Staff was friendly good help.

Clean room

Room was quiet. Walk in shower was wonderful. Bed was super comfy. Room was spacious. Location was quiet and very private. I will definitely be back.

Location was nice, rooms were nice and clean! Wish the breakfast was free!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived very early and well before check in. They held onto my bags, let me use the business center to work, and use the restrooms until it was time to check in.

They canceled my reservation without at least calling me to follow up as to why I was running late, so I got there after a 8 hour drive and they turned us away and still charged me even though they cancelled my reservation after a few hours of not arriving upon the 3pm check in time

The Hilton Garden Inn was very nice..room was clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom…onsite restaurant which we used for dinner and breakfast, food was very good...the only issue was the shuttle bus ..took a long time to get picked up from the airport when we arrived and then again waiting past the time we booked to get picked up to go back to the airport..that would be our only complaint..

The bartender Amber was outstanding, she was very engaging and very friendly. The breakfast server was also very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Great job!!! We will be back!!
