I suppose to get a refund for one night free and parking because ants was in room we had to get a new room it was my cousin birthday we couldn’t enjoy

I have stayed at this hotel both for a family trip and most recently a solo trip. The hotel and room was clean. Although the breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, it did have some great options. The food was warm and fresh. The staff were very attentive and were constantly replenishing the food. Friendly staff overall. It is in a safe location and clean area. Conveniently located by LAX, about a 10 minute drive. Plenty of food options nearby. I was able to safely walk to the grocery store, Ralph’s, located a little less than a mile away. The only downside is the parking, which is $37 per night which feels pretty steep considering how much you’re already paying for the hotel. Thankfully I did not need parking but it is something to be aware of if you are renting a car. Overall, I would recommend.

The hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle, which was very convenient. The breakfast was OK and there was a small restaurant on site.. The temperature and humidity level in the room was very difficult to maintain in a comfortable manner. And there were ants all over the desk.

pay to park. already paying for the room, but they add on a per night pay to park. that alone will stop my from staying at the hotel ever again. Each room as it's own full A/C unit which is located right near the bed and is very noisy.
