This hotel was so overpriced so we expected a lot. The location is in the middle of an industrial area and they charge an additional $37 to park. The breakfast was overcrowded and we had to ask to refill food and cutlery. Definitely not worth the $347 pricetag.

Recommend to Request for refrigerator to be working before going.One of the reasons I booked here was because they have refrigerators in the room. My kid has a severe allergy and I pack plenty of safe foods and the fridge was not working. We came back at midnight and noticed our food and dairy products bad and had to throw out $80dlls worth of food. We were able to use their fridge but it was an inconvinience having to go down to get our things. Other than that its a very clean place. They accommodate with cleaning thoroughly for Pet allergys which was very much appreciated.

A quiet 5 storey hotel, staff were exceptional. Lack of food options surrounding the hotel considering bar food was only available from 5:30pm to 10:30pm

check out early 1pm, my flight was 11pm, the hotel doesnt provide any bathroom or shower if you dont book a room.

Staff are very helpful and cheerful :) Unable to purchase any emergency toiletries from the shop area.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful during check in. The tender at the bar was also very nice and went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed, when we needed it. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a smaller-medium place like this, though the dining area was crowded and it was not easy to find a seat. The location is in a commercial/industrial area near the airport, but there's not much we can do about that, now is there? Other than that, there's nothing really to complain about.

For a new hotel, the AC unit was loud. Overnight parking a little steep at 38 bucks. But the breakfast was outstanding and coffee pretty good too.

Clean room, bathroom, wonderful breakfast and airport shuttle really scored good points with me

Clean space and wonderful staff. Only thing that could have improved was adhering to their regular cleaning, as we had to request for our room to be cleaned and towels to be replaced throughout our stay.

Rachel was very friendly for the check in portion and this made the whole stay much better.
