Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles LAX El Segundo

The room smelled of urine; my TV worked but the colors were only blues/ purples so the contrast or soemthing was off. The mini kitchen was dated and i didnt even use any of the amenties. I didnt realize it was more of a motel then a hotel. I would have changed immediately

A very dated property. The sign in the lobby warning of lead in the pipes, the rust all over the top of the refrigerator, dirty cabinets, the big screen TV was so blue you could barely see it, and the tiny lobby did not reflect the 7.0 rating on Expedia.

The parking was good and the check in process was amazing

nothing I booked 2 rooms a couple of months ago at Extended Stays America in El Segundo, Los Angeles. We are travelling for work and chose to stay at this property because it was convenient for the conference we were attending. We arrived after 20 hours of travelling only to be told that the place was overbooked and they are putting us in a hotel 30 mins away. This was totally unacceptable. The trip centred around that location. We had business appointments booked to meet us at the hotel. The girl at the desk Cienna was of zero help. She had no interest in trying to help us. All she said was "you can cancel". I dont think it's unreasonable to expect to arrive at the hotel that was booked and expect a room. She was totally disinterested in our issues. She cancelled the reservation without telling us. We were totally stranded after flying across the world for this conference. in 35 years of travel I have never come across someone so rude and not caring. We ended up having to pay a lot more to be local for the conference. Extended Stays America is a place we will never visit again.

Staff is great, facilities, price/value, and cleanliness are not.

Good location, get what you pay for. Check in time was posted at 3, couldn’t get into the room until after 3:30. Had reserved the king/pullout couch room and it was not available and had two have two double beds. Phone in room didn’t work, shower didn’t get hot.

it was a pretty good stay for a whole week! me and my friend both enjoyed out mini kitchen

Location was great. However there was rodent droppings in the drawer in the kitchen. Was grossed out and left after I noticed that. For 2 ppl only 2 towels and 4 wash towels.

No room cleaning so rooms get neglected.

It's clear that this is where people live full time with pets, extra cars, lots of noise. Staff could care less if you're in the bathroom size lobby. They were rude, inattentive and focused on their conversation only. Even the Manager was a 4/10!

The room didn’t have any shower soup and the mattress on the sofa bed was wort then the ones in the trash.

It was conveniently located near the airport and other destinations I had to visit. The lamps by the bed did not work nor did the outlets and a few of the other outlets in the room did not work. It was also old and not that clean. Bed was as hard as a brick.

Place was dirty and horrible we checked out 30 minute of checking in. The staff however were nice!!
