Travelodge by Wyndham LAX

The room, towels, and bed sheets could have been cleaner. Front desk staff is very helpful and the shuttle bus is a great addition!

Bed was nice and ac worked great. But ad for hotel did not say $100 deposit required. I was very unhappy with that. Also, the rooms are not quiet. I could hear traffic and people walking. And my room was near supply closet so I got woke up very early with slamming door.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everyone was so nice, and accommodating. Honestly loved our stay here. Beds are comfy, staff are genuinely kind and understanding. Would stay here again.

Nice and clean for my one night stay. Convenient to food/gas

The room was pretty clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable. The room and the hallway did have a bad smell. There is also no lifts so take that into consideration if you are having to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. The shuttle service was good too. I ordered room service from their little flyer on the desk and the food was really nice. Overall, I would stay again but no more than 2 nights.

Bad

The room does not feel safe facing the parking lot on the first floor for a single female traveler. Also, there is a HUGE cockroach dead in the room. I only stayed a night and did not complain. The staff at check-out did not even ask how my stay was. Very transactional rather than guest-focused. But for the brand name and price I pay, I don't expect too much but still minimum met. A bare duty of reasonable care.
