staff was attentive and polite. good location. they allowed us to keep our bags the whole day after the check out the water on the sink smelled like rotten eggs, i had to brush my teeth with water from a bottle. check in was at 4 pm which for me is crazy. breakfast was terrible, motel style waffles and coffee and a huge line. it feels beyond expensive for such a mid hotel

Clean room. Bath tub needs up grading: dark spots (cold be mold), very slow drain, very low water pressure, shower curtain is too short; it kept flopping over the tub allowing show water to drip. Breakfast was ok, not the worst but my sausages were not heated all the way, eggs were real, coffee bar good. Avoid the little cafe area: $10 for one bottled beer and 13.50 for a bottled water!

I was surprised that the hotel didn’t have a restaurant. There are many places you can walk to to buy a sandwich, coffee, burger,… but no seated restaurant with real food.

Convenient to LAX Room smelled very musty...A/C did not seem to work at all

Great location , great breakfast , waffle were very yummy =) , swimming pool ,with warm temperature was so satisfying after a long drive to airport , room is enough big , comfy beds and a small patio with chairs and small table were great in summer I would absolutely return as a customer

A delightful stay. I really appreciated how warm and attentive the entire staff was, even in the midst of being slammed by check-ins. They take their time to make sure each guest feels welcome and well-informed. And the rooms were spotlessly clean. Cheers!

Shuttle

David at the front desk was super helpful with check-in and helping with the shuttle to LAX. Alberto was a great driver with a great morning laugh. Lots of breakfast choices , And we should have had my breakfast in the courtyard. the pools a great temperature . This is my new LAX hotel from now on.
