Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo

We were put in an older room. Ac was hanging on for dear life. Literally. Beds are hard and had no soap at all when we got in there. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room had a fridge at least.

It had a airport shuttle but took a good while to show up maybe more shuttle depending on people going and coming from airport would be a lot better

Staff very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the AC in our room was not working & staff facilitated a discount on our stay. Fortunately the weather was mild so we slept ok.

The breakfast was always fresh and changed frequently. There were adequate stations for guests to come and enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The pool is quite small

AC was broken entire night. Offered us 50% discount on room upon arrival, wasn't up for negotiation. Not worth it.

I was very disappointed I had to pay $40.00 to park in their parking lot which I had to walk across the street to get to. We also asked for an extra set of towels and hand soap and never received them

The air conditioning unit didn’t work in our room so was very hot which made it hard to sleep.

BEWARE: Do not book this hotel! Our stay was a nightmare. The A/C was completely broken, leaving the room unbearably hot. They tried to force our group of 6 into a single bed, offered zero communication or solutions, and management was absolutely unhelpful. Save your money and your sanity—stay far away from this property.

We end up not staying there, we had trouble with the airline and they didn’t help us instead we end up paying more. Very disappointed. I will never stay there. They are not flexible. Plans can change and sometimes you don’t have WiFi to communicate with them.

When I went the AC was not working and also there was a weird smell in the room. It could have been that they cleaned the carpets and it didn’t dry well so now it smell unpleasant. It was really hot that weekend so it made it difficult to stay there. Didn’t say anything because we needed a room that big and I was afraid they weren’t going to have another one for me and my family. It was just 2 nights but we had a hard time there. The room was 300 it’s a “suite”.

Clean room, good breakfast options, friendly staff.

Hotel Manager was unreasonable for charging fees for holding packages 2 days prior to arrival. There were maintenance issues with the HVAC system in several rooms. Resultantly, we had to change rooms multiple times before settling in a room. Several rooms on the East Wing (Tower) were smelly. This hotel did not feel like a Fairfield inn.
