Hotel was old and beds were horrible.

Staff was nice and polite

Excepcional service

The outside of the hotel looks quite nice, but when you get inside there are so many issues. the bathroom in the hotel room had hair in the bathtub, dirt built up in the corners, no working lights. poor quality overall.

Convenient location, though the parking garage is a bit of a walk with suitcases.

Conveniently located to airport and Supermarket. Breakfast was awesome.

there was hair caked to the bathroom floor and the elevator was broken.. the elevator call buttons were literally hanging from the wall and I was stuck on the elevator (which had NO open door button... it was taped over) with no call button. The door finally opened when someone else came to use the elevator. they didn't even shut down the elevator after the staff were made aware of the issue.

We did not get much sleep, which was the main reason for staying at a hotel. My wife had an event to attend and I had to work late. Instead of driving 70 miles home, we decided to stay at a hotel. Upon finally getting to the hotel (about 10 PM for my wife and after 2 AM for me) after a long day, we entered our room (#319) and there was a tremendous stench of water damage, probably mold, etc. I am really not a complainer and I was so tired, that I was hoping that I could just fall asleep and not be affected by the smell. I was wrong and did not get much sleep at all and I was too tired to go down and request a room change, plus, I did not want to be inconvenienced more and have to move all of our luggage. We advised the hotel desk in the morning and there was no offer of a refund, discount, or even a credit to stay another time. There was only a verbal "I'm sorry." I expected way better conditions of the hotel and customer service.

The room was clean. However, I was somewhat surprised by the parking fee.

I've stayed at this Double Tree in El Segundo about 10x. The entire staff is friendly, always welcoming, and very attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean, and if anything is missing or not quite right, they get it taken care of right away. I will continue booking this location when I require stays in the vicinity. Oh, and the cookies are amazing!!

Free airport shuttle, close walk to Ralphs and some fast food joints. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Laundry facilities were good

Shuttle did not answer phone or ever pickup - took an uber for $36 after trying to connect via phone over 20 minutes on something that was supposed to be free. Room was very damp and humid -which also cause shower to set off smoke alarm and apparently no dehumidiphiers or room drying fans available and when asked to have manager contact me as there was no manager on duty - I was never contacted. Room had outlet plates hanging from where they were supposed to be plugged in , missing panel in bathroom between my room and whatever is between the walls - very sketch - elevators still broken (over a year later) - only upside - some of the front desk extremely nice and helpful (w/ exception of 1 not sure why they still have a job there).

First. Expedia doesn’t tell you, you will have to pay a $200 deposit along with the price of the room which is a joke because this hotel is old and run down I got stuck on the elevator for 15 minutes making late for my Concert. The room smelled like mildew and smoke and it was known smoking room. I took all my complaints to the front desk they did not care. Don’t stay here
