My room was very clean

The room weren’t aired out so they smelled and the carpet felt sticky. But the staff was real helpful ^^

Not bad for a one night stay! You do have to pay for parking. Room was clean for the most part. Shower floor was a little dirty like it was in need of a proper scrub. Elevators were a bit slow and fridge in the room didn't get that cold even at max.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When I checked into my first room, it was missing a TV, a desk chair, and a phone. Since I needed to work, they moved me to another room, which I appreciated. The second room was much better overall. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and I had a good night's sleep. I did notice that the phone wasn't working and the bathroom didn't close, but neither issue affected my stay very much. This is an older hotel, so don't expect a newly renovated property with brand new furniture and finishes. That said, I found it clean, comfortable, and perfectly fine for a one night stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and overall I had a good experience. Personally, I'd probably choose another nearby hotel next time, but if you're looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport, this hotel gets the job done.

Kudos to Samantha and the manager who she spoke to last night. My funds were essentially tapped and they figured out a way for me to stay .

there was stain in the bedsheet, the sink/shower drainage smell so bad you can smell the drain each time you use it.

Our stay was great. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only thing I did not like was the fact they only clean the rooms every other day. Bed made and fresh towels at a minimum would be nice.

An okay stay. Phones did not work in room. Housekeeping only came in every 2nd day. Had to contact housekeeping or maintenance by going all the way down to the lobby.

The staff was pretty nice and helpful but the hotel was a not so nice. The elevator button and wires were out of the wall. In the bar there was water dripping from the light fixture and our room wasn't clean

With such an expensive room rate for the World Cup, Amazon that they did not clean the room, provided fresh towels ok coffee. The reception staff never told us of this policy.

i managed to get sick upon arrival and this hotel made it manageable and very easy to get better

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful and bed was very comfortable and shuttle service was good.

The shuttle driver was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, especially considering how late I arrived. The front desk staff was also excellent. I had accidentally been assigned the wrong room, but they quickly brought me new keys and even helped me relocate, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and once I was in the correct room, I found that the air conditioning never cooled the room, despite running all night. The window shades also wouldn’t close completely, allowing light into the room and making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff made a great impression with their customer service, but the room conditions could definitely use some attention.
