Very convenient location Nice bed Aircon was very loud…. Which is odd for a ducted system. Breakfast ok… but deluxe is a bit of a stretch

Disappointing

Our one-bedroom suite wasn’t particularly clean, and the furniture was clearly heavily worn and in need of updating. The pull-out couch was so uncomfortable that our 8-year-old couldn’t sleep on it, and we ended up buying a mattress topper during our stay. The kitchenette was a nice feature and was well-stocked with dishes and silverware, which we appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was easily the worst breakfast I’ve had at a Marriott property. The eggs were watery and tasted powdered every morning, the breakfast meat was poor quality, and they seemed to be out of something almost every day. The queen bed was also uncomfortable, and the entire room had a noticeable mildew smell. Considering the price we paid for this trip, we expected a much better experience.

It was very comfortable and it was great having the fridge and other amenities. Location was great near a lot of shopping and food choices.

Everything The staff

Super friendly staff. They were so sweet! Very clean and nicely kept amenities. Good breakfast - I like that they changed out the hot entrees each morning so you had variety each day, thank you for that! Also a great location - felt very safe and were able to just walk across the street to hit up a variety of food options for lunch or dinner. I think it is more of a business area, and we were there over a weekend so traffic wasn't bad at all and it was pretty quiet. Super quick to get to Manhattan Beach as well as Santa Monica. Could not hear planes at all. Could hear the train every now and again. My only wish was that the pool stayed open a little later - like 9:30 or 10pm and not just "at dark".

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I definitely will pick the property again for my leisure and business travel needs.
