Love the free evening drink and snacks you get. Not enough towels....book for 6 ppl and you get 4 towels!!!

Close to airport They took 200 USD in deposit but they never paid it back to my card

Well where do I start got in late after a long day of travel noticed the bathroom floor was damp but I just chalked it up to my grand daughter showering. Before I went to bed noticed the floor still damp so I used my towels to dry it up. When I got up early morning to use the restroom once again I observed a puddle of water on the floor. As I was standing I felt several drops of water falling from the ceiling looked up and observed water forming on roof panel overhead. To tired to complain at that time of the morning I waited to advise the management they had a bad problem in the ceiling. She advised me the best she could do was add some Hilton club points to my account which was nowhere close to what I paid. I just didn’t want to argue my point and checked out well before I wanted to

Location Arrived at 12, check in at 3pm had available rooms over the bar. Charged $50 for early check in, even as a longtime 20years member of Hilton Honors. Felt it was in Poor taste

The staff were friendly and helpful The fact that the car rental services did not provide shuttle back to hotel was a real minus - but I realize this is NOT the fault of the hotel - but it does mean we won't be booking here again.

Very helpful staff who helped get me a room after a flight that was delayed and I was unable to check in on time.

Parking is horrible. It is 50/night to park and then my car was too tall for the garage so I had to park 5 blocks away on a city street in a sketchy neighborhood and walk back to the hotel in the middle of the night.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing with so many selections and we were pleased that it was served bright and early at 6am as we had an early flight to catch. We used the free shuttle as well and the gentleman who drove was kind enough to let us know about arriving early to ensure having seats. The only this this hotel lacks is a hot tub! Otherwise I would have given a full 5 stars.
