Had a major issue at check in. They gave us a room that already had guests sleeping in it. We had to wait for a new room and took quite a little while

The air conditioner unit that was above the ceiling of the bathroom leaked overnight making the bathroom difficult to use in the morning. The hotel staff seemed relatively unconcerned.

Clean room. Helpfully staff. Delicious breakfast. Would go back again.

I would have given it 5 stars, but we reserved a 2 Queen suite room because we had 5 people, we arrived at the hotel within an hour of making the reservation and were told they were out of Queen rooms - no connecting rooms and full price if we wanted a second room. Otherwise it’s a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially the omelette chef at the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and well maintained.

Great central location and right by the airport. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is free on the street, but there is a $48 a day fee to park on site (underground parking). This hotel was everything we were looking for and expected. Thanks!

Everything inside the hotel was great, but it was a little noisy from all the motorcyclists. Overall had a good stay.

Daily cleaning was good but first day bed was not set, only room was cleaned. Second day it was all good. Shuttle driver was good. Reception people and bar cafe person was good.

Hotel is nice , rooms are big, breakfast is buffet style. I enjoyed my stay. Staff very helpful and nice.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Mold on bathrooms. Staff is friendly. Street parking is available if you can find parking. Super close to airport.

The location near to the airport. The view. I found a ball of hairs in my bathroom. The price for the outdated rooms. Tv was dirty. Room did not feel clean. The high price for the parking.
